No i will never come back and experience that bad service i had with my family.Went there about 8pm for a early moms day dinner 5/12/2017 i choose the place as my kids loves pancakes and i thought ihop is one of the best pancakehouse but not when this happen.We have to wait for long time only to fine out the staff are infront talking not checking our orders .Staff are unapproachable as they look at you with no smile with always in a hurry kind of voice like do we have emergency going on?then she goes the soup is not availableblah blah blah i can cancel the order then she came back and just give the receipt for a cancel order like thats it?Well i will tell you one thing costumers are always right we dont deserved any of that bad service as we visit the place to experience good service + good food etc... I hope store owner will learn how bad their staffs are.

We were there yesterday December 30 around noon. Had to wait for seating behind 3 others which was really surprising, there was hardly any other customers there. Place was full of dirty tables while staff was standing around talking to the host. I could not believe the mess but it gets worse. My husband was given a knife to cut his sausage that still had grilled onions on it. We had one clean knife between us. Was given a carafe of coffee which contained a half a cup of coffee. The bus boy was handing out the diners foods, the waitress did very little and she was filthy. Never cleared our plates or anything it was the worst service we have ever had there. When we exited there were 3 workers talking to the host and no one cleaning up the tables. Ive never seen this store in such sad shape. We will not be dining there in the future.

Day Mare

We went to IHop at 2:30 am today. They only had one busting tables and register. Then only one cook. Ok I get it was early. We waited for 1 hour to be told that our order would take another 30 min. It even took 45 min just to get drinks. We ended up leaving because my kids where bored and fell asleep. My 8 yr old fell asleep sitting and hit his head on the back of the booth. I am muslim and we went to start the fast. The time to stop eating was 3:40 am and well we missed that. This was the worst IHop I have ever went to. While we were there the lady brought one couple food and one about 7 and one table with 4. So 3 tables in 1 hour wow. :( They dont deserve even one in my eyes.

The food is absolutely amazing!! The staff always makes me feel like family. This IHOP is one of the most clean and well kept IHOPs I have been to I must say. I really love the new renovations to the interior of the restaurant. The GM of this restaurant definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to managing her staff & restaurant because it definitely shows from my great experience. They have just gained another customer for life.

Poor service. We sat for more than 15 minutes before our server asked what we wanted to drink. Then it took over 10 minutes to get coffee. The place isnt even busy. Been here for a total of 30 minutes, still no food. Ridiculous! Our server Ty sucks. The manager has to come over and tell us that they apologized for the inconvenience. Whatever! Will never come back here again.

Transported a client there. This was a Community Outing for an Elderly Client that I help with her daily care. I asked her what did she want for lunch today? She chose IHOP. The Staff is friendly.The comma area is nice and clean and the place is not overcrowded,which works well with my client because she doesnt like to be around lots of people at once.

My service was terrible, I brought my family there to enjoy a good meal and we waited 35mins for drinks and the food was burnt and sloppy, the waitress was terrible she never came to check on us or to even see if we needed anything. She was very rude and I will never go back here and will tell other about the. Terrible service this IHOP has!!!!

SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT PANCAKES ARE TERRIBLE. TRIED SPREADING BUTTER ON THEM AND THEY COMPLETELY TORE APART. COULDNT EVEN PICK THEM UP WITH MY FORK. MADE ME FEEL SICK EATING THEM. ALMOST THREW THEM OUT AND I NEVER DO THAT. MAYBE THEY ARENT THAT BAD BUT IM USED TO EATING REALLY GOOD PANCAKES AND THESE WERE NOT GREAT AT ALL

Their was a hair in my food and in my water glass. In my WATER GLASS, I didnt know it was possible to not see a hair in a clear glass of water. Service was rude, food was cold but I was wasted so I could careless. Its IHOP, what do you expect? Do not go here unless you expect subpar food, service and overpriced meals.

Great Place, Great service, very calm and cool, Nice and polite crew, I love going there with my family enjoy the food there, Nice and worm soft yummy pancakes, I always get the Tilapia fish dinner, most delicious tilapia ever. My Kids Love pancakes, fruit bowl, Macaroni N Cheese, we enjoy there. Thank you sooooo much.

One the better IHOP locations I have visited. Good staff, quick food, but the food here is always cheap and sub-par compared to many other local breakfast joints, even for the money. If you want pancakes at 2am, this is the spot. If you want breakfast at breakfast time, find something that tastes better.

Ernesto! Hes the man. We went in with a 20 people crew and he took care of us. Constantly on his feet with the guys complaining about this & that but he made sure everyone got their food and tolerated all the bickering. Garden omelettes, chocolate chip pancakes were on point. Thanks Ern! no problema

The food was good, but the buttermilk pancakes were mostly dry. The service however wasnt a pleasant experience. We felt that the waiter was being very rude. She brought us the recipe while we were eating and felt like we were being rushed to finish our meal and leave.

Every time I have come here its been a poor experience. Ive worked in the industry and have plenty of tolerance for things, but nothing good has ever come out of eating here. I blame management. Ill drive double to hoffman or Addison to get decent service/cooks.

It wasnt busy at all this morning. We had a great waiter named Emanuel. He was attentive to our needs. Our food was hot and fast. Ive been here during extremely busy times also and have never had a problem. Always great service

Never disappointed when traveling when you stop at an IHOP. Restaurant is always clean, well staffed, prompt, friendly service. Food is very good and uniform from store to store with my favorite being breakfast.
