Going for three stars on this one. Management needs to get their act together. If you are going to be open 24 hrs then you need to be properly staffed. 40 minutes to get food and another 10 to pay. Soup came after my entree and we had to hunt down our utensils. Waitstaff is running in circles trying their best to get to everyone. One girl was running tables, trying to run the register and trying to help with tables that were not her responsibility. People are walking out every 10-15 minutes and all they can do was apologize. Good food, great staff, terrible management.

I was just on the phone waiting for 15 minutes while still being able to hear all of the commotion, and once I got fed up with eating so long just to place a take out order I hung up and tried calling back but that line was their only line so I couldnt place my order before heading to work. Luckily I went to dunkin donuts instead and the people in front of me paid for my order which brightened my day and will make sure to do the same after work. All in all, just dont call in during busy hours

Good food, decent atmosphere. The restaurant is definitely aging, but not so much that it was uncomfortable. The staff were friendly. This location supposedly has wifi, but there wasnt anything that we could find to tell us how to get to it, which was unfortunate. We didnt ask so I cant say they didnt have wifi, it just wasnt clearly defined anywhere as I would expect that it should be so I wouldnt likely ever go to this restaurant to do some work. That limits how often I can return.

I was reluctant every time I drove past the last few years weve lived in the area. I had a terrible experience many years ago and hadnt gone to an IHop since. I ordered the spinich mushroom omlettete and cheesecake pancakes. So very good! I will be going back! The staff was friendly and compliments to the chef

Standard IHOP. Probably not worthy of anything higher than 3 stars but these guys have done a great job of accommodating large groups of rowdy soccer players a few times for me. I appreciate the management being flexible and getting us in even during a busy weekend morning rush.

I have a friend that would make a great member of the team. Shes constantly applying every time IHOP has a job open but IHOP would rather hire servers that hide in the table in the back and god forbid ask for costumers if they need a refill or anything

If i could give no stars i would. Where to start. Bathrooms disgusting, ordered a steak omelet, steak was gray and old. Tasted horrible. Food served with no utensils.

For the first time in years, the service was fantastic. Food came out fast, hot, and accurate. Appears as though there was a cleaning of house, which was sorely needed.
