Meh. We went to this location a couple weeks ago. We recently moved to the area and where were from, IHOP is usually a consistent choice. Unimpressed to say the least. For one, I asked for a booth and they tried to sardine us in one of those booth/table combos where you are sitting right on top of strangers and cant hear each other. We politely declined and they cleared off a dirty table for us. The crack where the bench meets the little divider wall was full of crumbs and food, and there was a giant splotch of strawberry yogurt over the syrups on the advertisement. I know that it had been there for several hours because it was starting to get crusty and evaporate. Husband said the coffee was weak, and his big steak omelette was just full of a bunch of hash browns - definitely not like at home. I got the plain ol French toast, you cant really screw that up. Our server was kind, but we didnt see much of her. Living in a larger area like this, there are too many other good breakfast options. We wont be returning to this location.

Excrutiatingly long wait for ANYONE! Ask for coffee wait 10 minutes. Ask for cream after coffee comes, and wait another 10 minutes (not kidding!). Order food and everyone else seems to get their order before us. Not sure if our order was lost but we seriously waited a half hour for our food. Then ask for another place setting and hot sauce... And waiting again while food gets cold. This place is absolutely horrible! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that it was clean, well not filthy at least, and the food is consistent to IHOP food. Same everywhere you go.

We, me and five children from my in home childcare, went for the 59¢ pancake day. We met another in home childcare lady with her 6 children. The hostess welcomed us in and set up a long table for all of us. They gave us children menus with crayons. The service was good, the pancakes were good and we had a nice lunch. The server was onto of everything and made us feel welcomed. Overall, we enjoyed our time and our pancake lunch. I would recommend this restaurant. PS they offer several different flavors of syrup which the children loved trying.

Ive come here about twice a month for the last four months in the evening. There have been a few times where the kitchen has been backed-up and food came out slow. Other occasions the food has come out in a timely manner or very fast. Either way, Ive never had bad service from their wait staff. Theyre always pleasant and attentive, especially Tim. The prices are slightly higher in comparison to similar restaurants but I enjoy the fact that this location is open 24 hours everyday.

The hostess got pissy with me because apparently i didnt heel quick enough when she wanted to show me to my table. I mentioned how nice she was for the attitude, so of course my waitress came with the passive aggressive high pitch "im super nice but really i dont like you" voice. SO ANNOYING. The service is a joke. Thankfully my food was good after a ten hour drive. Otherwise id be petitioning this review service to sonehow give them half a star

This place has potential, but absolutely terrible management all the time it seems like. 5 out of the last 6 times we ordered food for pick up the order has been wrong. I even take the extra 2 minutes to explain the problem I have been having and go over the order multiple times, and it is still always wrong. Could be a decent restaurant, but again, terrible management. Half the staff do not even know the menus correctly. Not going back.

Very nice and decent place; we get their 2*2*2 which is pretty good, non-stop refills of coffee are great too. Sometimes there is a wait, but thats alright considering how clean the place, how light and airy and how consistently tasty the food is. My only suggestion would be to include more healthier options such as salsa and avocado with the standard breakfast fare (e.g. pancakes, hash browns, sausages etc.)

Seriously one of the nicest, well run ihops I have been to. Ive been here randomly in many different states and this one is by far the best. I have lower expectations typically when I come to an IHOP but this one blew me away. All the staff was super friendly, it was clean, food was good. No complaints what so ever! Tip: sit on the left side when you go, right side is a bit chilly ☺️

I wish I could give more than a one-star review, but I never got to try the food here because we waited for over and hour and STILL didnt get served. The place was empty, too, so its not like the cooks were slammed with orders at 11:30 PM. Needless to say, well never be back because the service was absolutely horrible.

Service was extremely bad. We waited about 1hr for our food as we watched others get their orders that came after us. The waitress just kept passing us by without seeing if we needed anything. We ultimately decided to leave without getting it food. Wasted 1hr of our time there. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

The host was the server and cashier. Our table was sticky, burger came out cold, floor was dirty, appetizer bowl was dirty, food was trash. I wouldnt dine at this restaurant again if you was paying for me. Out of all the bad things the overworked server was a nice guy. Thats the reason they get a 2 star rating.

Horrible customer service. Our card was double charged and the general manager was absolutely Useless. Food was terrible, service was terrible will not return. All I asked for was a refund for the double charge, apparently that was too much to ask for.

We came here as a family at 2:30 am to have a meal right before we start our fast for the day. Ryan, our server, so polite and pleasant. He never stopped smiling. Our order was perfect and we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you manager, cook, and Ryan.

Very bad service, we sat there for about 20 minutes and waitress didnt show up, she was taking other costumers orders,even when they arrived after us. Never come back to this place!!! I wish I could give them zero stars

Great place and hospitality. Got my waffles customized how I wanted them. My husband loved the varieties of food being provided. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
