Adequate among Starbucks I have been to--I have frequented this store quite a lot, but not so much the past year. The outdoor patio is nice, and the store is pretty decently laid out inside, which includes a diner-type communal seating table up by the baristas--for those who like that sort of thing. The downside of this store is the high turnover of personnel, and lack of friendly staff. Not all staff have been unfriendly though--but enough so, that it doesnt make me want to come back here. I use to work near here, and this was the closest store to me, and so I visited it a lot by default. The drinks were inconsistent--Im a big latte drinker...some were made well...others werent! The evening staff were quick to pull sandwiches out of the cooler by 8 pm...but the store didnt close until 9 pm, which frosted me a couple times as I would sometimes expect to find a late evening sandwich here with my latte for the trip home. The other downer here is that sometimes, a driver can get trapped by the freight trains and commuter trains at the nearby rail crossing and be late getting back to work! On the plus side, there is a pretty little park next door, with a pond full of ducks, geese, and a couple of white trumpeter swans! A nice place to chill...that is, when OHare flight controllers arent buzzing wide-body jets over the park! This place is right under the final descent flight path into the worlds second busiest airport!

I frequently visit this and other Starbucks to meet clients for my resume service. Generally, the store is clean, service is good, and the WiFi works better than other locations. The location is very scenic, being in downtown Itasca.

I really want to like this place, but its more and more of a hassle getting in and out. Better add 10 minutes to your commute if you want to stop here for coffee. I just spent 15mins in the drive thru to get a single drink.

when I pulled up in the 6AM in January, the place was poorly lit.. almost passed it. Everything else was average as far as starbucks goes.

Quaint neighborhood Starbucks. I love what they did to the space where it used to be a messy auto shop which was an eye sore.
