A metaphor for Milwaukee: open for business, but not soze you could tell. Followed Google Maps to here at 815AM on a bright, chilly May Saturday. Turned out its a glassed in overhead walkway between a couple of zombie malls. A sign unhelpfully points up and to the left to indicate you should fly up off the street. The walkway looked dark from the outside, and all doors to both malls were locked, but I took a shot and called them. They said to go up through the parking lot and wend your way through the closed mall. I did, and was pleasantly surprised. From the inside, the walkway was brightly lit and airy. One long wall was decorated with the wonderfully geeky posters that others have posted with their reviews, and which you can order online. Theres about a 20 small tables, plus a few largers ones and some comfy chairs, stretched along the two sides of the walkway. Alternative rock on the audio, but the dominant sound is HVAC ducts rattling. Free wi-fi with password you must ask for. A couple of outlets. The coffee shop (really stand) has a small selection of good quality loose leaf teas, and a small selection of good quality pastries. Their chai latte is from "Chai Co." The barrista said it was more sweet than spicy, so I didnt even try it. However, theyve got a very nice loose leaf rooibos chai I liked a lot.

A wonderful place to grab a quick cup of coffee, or to enjoy a relaxing moment with a hot Latte. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the area is clean and comfortable and the drinks and snacks are delicious!

Came with some friends to sample what they say is Milwaukees best coffee roast. I tried the Costa Rican with the V60. Perfect cup of coffee!
