Simply, -out of aprox. 35 Starbucks I have visited continously for the last four years-, this new location gets the top of the line by itself on its own right. The most friendly staff, the best customer service oriented staff (all the time), top rated varista all the time, abundance of options in the menu and just about the right space and tables. More than enough parking. Drive thru. I would have to suggest only adding a business meeting room and wine serving in evenings and that would be a complete five starts and tripe ribbon of excellent service.

My life improved 110% since this Starbucks opened near me, although I only treat myself once every couple weeks. Of course the coffee is the same at every Starbucks (wonderful) but what makes this place extra special is the delightful staff. I cant help wincing every time I hear the price, but after Amy smiles and says something uniquely witty as shes handing me my cup of promise, I know that today will be fantastic and its entirely worth it. If I ever venture inside Ill post an update on the staff there too!

Great location - its close to my work so its super convenient. I do not care for the morning staff though. I am a huge Starbucks fan and I wont come to this location unless its an emergency. There is a girl with curly short hair who has a stick up her butt and never smiles. I thought she was having a bad day but its been every time I come in. I came in this morning and didnt get a single smile and everyone was rude and that was my last straw. I will no longer go to this location.

I was so happy when they opened this location since its right by my house but the management doesnt appear to be very good. Staff is really friendly but the last three times I went, they were out of Bday cake pops. Now, to clarify... each of these times was prior to 3:30 so its not like Im coming in just before close and expecting everything to be there. Clearly you arent putting enough out each day so I just go to a different location.

I went on a Friday night for a coffee & to do some work using their wi-fi. I was looking for a peaceful setting but it was loud & every open table was dirty. I cleaned off my own table but it was still sticky. When I left the trash was overflowing so people were putting their empty cups all over the napkin/straw counter. Ridiculous & gross! Stay away from this one!

The fact that this location has a drive thru makes it a five-star location. This is only location along the I-55 corridor with a drive thru. This location just opened, so the service has been a bit slow but theyve shown huge improvements over the past week. The inside is very modern and better than most in the area.
