Used to be pretty good. The last couple times, it really seems like they are cheaping out on the bagels. Heres a picture of an "everything" bagels, obviously lacking in everything! Same for other flavors: they are all pretty "plain". Need to lift their game.

The service and quality of food has definitely gone down. This used to be my favorite place to go every morning for a bacon egg and cheese but the past few times the food quality hasnt been good and the girl in the morning is unbelievably slow and unfriendly
