Beware of this place for catering. We had a teaching event at our office and per-ordered days in advance lunch for 35 people and this place drop the ball and never delivered the food. Once we realized they were late I called. The person that picked up put me on hold for over 10 minutes and the phone just hung up on me. When I called back and got the manager on the phone there was no apology or anything. This place needs some training on customer service. FYI- Jimmy Johns Saved the day. They were able to deliver a 35 person order in under 45mins in the middle of their Sunday rush. WOW Jimmy Johns you ROCK!!!! BOOOOOOO Panera Bread! Someone (management) needs a stern talking to....

Little to no wait at Panera Bread despite itss preppy Weston location. Parking is usually a problem, though, in the Weston Commons Shopping Center. On September 19th, I had the "You Pick Two" lunch with a cup of Autumn Squash soup and a Frontega Chicken Panini. Total check was $8.82 As for a drink, I had my usual water. Girlfriend orders a steak and cheese with avocado. Avocado costs extra. No avocado. Had to ask. Then the avocado was not ripe. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. Dunkin Donuts does a premade egg disc better, the cheese was practically nonexistent, and there was 1, yes 1 slice of bacon. And they did not toast the bagel. Now I know why they ask for the tip before you get your food. I want my 2 dollar tip back. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Wow. The worst Panera ever! I have been there three times, each time my order was completely wrong! But you know I guess its brain surgery pouring soup into a bowl. After contacting Panera support regarding getting a refund for my order they said that it was a franchise and they would be in contact. Weird but whatever. It has been 10 days since then. Literally stunned at how horrible this Panera is.

I ordered a sandwich and there was a Dead Bug ,Disgusting! I told the manager to give me a new sandwich to go and a refund for the inconvenience, she said that she could only give me a dessert but not a sandwich by the time i went to get a dessert i saw flies all over the desserts. Im not eating here anymore. worst customer service , unclean place.

Love the place, love the food. Great tasty selection at an affordable price. Place is clean, open, with a lot of light. A bit cold inside... But in South Florida that is a great thing. Also, they have free WiFi! A+

30 minutes to get a soup that is sitting in a pot and a grilled cheese that a monkey could make in 5 minutes. Hate to say it but this location seems to bring the panera name down. So sad
