AVOID THIS SHOP .... SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST!!! My daughter called at 9:20PM to see if the ice cream shop was still open. The person who answered the phone said, "Yes, we are open until 10:00PM. We hopped in the car and arrived at the shop at 9:38PM. The door was open and when we walked in, the "girl" working said ... "We are closed". I said, "we just called and you said you were open until 10:00PM". She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, and walked into the back. Unacceptable!!! Other options in Fairfield with better offerings and much better service!!!

UPDATE! HAIR IN THE ICE CREAM!!!!!! This place needs corporate review ASAP!! Employees are completely incapable of redeeming the coupon I presented on the basis of the manager not being there. The ice cream was served melting out of the cup and the employee couldnt even follow the signature ice cream recipe that was on the wall across from him

This establishment needs to train their staff better. Got half size portions, two halves of a strawberry and 1 tsp of nuts. Really? Then there is NO soap in the bathroom and no papertowels. How is the staff washing their hands??? I am NEVER going back there.

There ice cream is good and the variety is nice. Some of the novelty had worn off after the years, especially with the prices. However still a better option than the yogurt places.

Once my wife got ice cream that was too runny but when we notified to the staff they were nice enough to replace it. Friendly staff, great service; everytime!
