Placed an order for delivery to my daughter for Valentines Day. At 5PM when it was not delivered I tried to call the number on the website that was listed as a contact number. All it would let me do was place an order nothing more. So I looked a little deeper and found a direct customer service number. I called and called but no one picked up. Then I was able to find a number for their customer service at their corporate office in Texas, but once again no one picked up. After much research I was able to determine that my order was being filled by their East Nortport L.I. store. I found a number for them and called. A woman picked up and after placing me on hold a couple of times told me that my order was out on the truck to be delivered. Needless to say now the next day and no delivery. I left them another message last night at 10PM. Never heard back so I just called them. Answer was we dont know what happened. We will look into it and let you know. When I questioned them as to why I never received email alerts as to the status of my order as other websites do, they said we dont do that. I recommend that you always order from a sight that gives you processing and shipping updates.

I tried to order online but never received a confirmation number. So I called the store to find out if my order had made it through. The service I received from that moment on was incredible. Jose investigated the situation and called me back to confirm the order was not received. He asked me the details of the order and assured me that he could fill the order. He offered to take the order over the phone but also said I could place it online if I wanted to receive the advertised 20% discount. I placed it online and he called me back once he received it - just to ease my mind! Thats quality customer service!

I called this location trying to get a cookie basket to my daughter. She plays vball at st johns and is only home certain times of the day. I gave them a 3-4 hour window during the afternoon and they absolutely would not work with me at all. I dont understand how a company like this would throw away a large order and not try and accommodate new customers. Horrible!!

Cindy and her team did an awesome job of making a cookie bouquet for my daughters college graduation party! She took the time to listen to all of my ideas and make customized cookies representing all the things important to my daughter. Best of all, they tasted as good as they looked!
