Cinnamon crunch bagel and iced tea are very good but this place is too "self serve" for the high prices. Now, when I pay with a debit card I have to answer yes or no tipping my server... Server? She handed me an empty cup and sent me on my way. Why would I have to tip that kind of service? But of course, she is staring right at me so I check off "yes" and give her even more money. Well done Panera..

The line setup is a bit puzzling, the pastries are always scrumptious. The Sandwich menu might get a little boring after a while, but that doesnt take away from how good they are. Brocolli Cheddar soup is rich and creamy. staff is friendly for the most part.

Not very happy with their service. Was in line to be served only two of us were in there I waited my turn someone walked in the door after me was served before me, unfair. Will not go back to this particular store. Don you know who you are. Despicable!!!!
