Pretty horrible experience dinning out with my family. In addition to the disorganized wait list and letting a group come in and be seated, (I dont think they even look at the sign in paper or try to keep track of who comes in what order), the servers were mixing up food and bringing in the wrong food to several tables. I received my chicken katsu but not my medium order of drum sticks. After a bit of a wait I inquired about my drum sticks. The server Roslyn told me me they ran out and it would be 15min for another order. I pointed out that the table next to me got theirs and they were seated and ordered much later then us. Rosyln told me they were an order of wings. I could clearly see the kids next to me chomping down on drum sticks... probably was our order. We just paid for my Chicken Katsu and left. Its one thing to have disorganized wait list.Mixing up orders to the tables, it can happen. but to have a server lie is pretty bad.

I cannot express the love I have for Bonchon chicken. I dont know how anyone could fry chicken so perfectly. The skin has the perfect amount of crunch. The meat is very tender and finger-licking good! The fried chicken here is literally the best Ive ever eaten in my whole entire life. It is way better than 99 chicken and incomparable to KFC. 99 chicken does have bigger chicken pieces though. Bonchon beats it in flavor and taste any day. Their sweet potato fries and beef dish was bomb as well. This place is packed and the wait can be very long, but once you get the chicken, nothing else matters anymore. They have different types of chicken, but my favorite is definitely the classic. My mouth is just watering thinking about this place. I cant wait to go back soon!

Aight - I get it. The chicken is good. I went to the Sunnyvale one with co-workers and it was tasty. This location needs to train its people. I ordered some strips and a drink and my kids ordered some popcorn chicken and waters. 10 minutes pass and he brings out my strips and announces that they are out of popcorn chicken. WTF? My kids a pretty particular about what they eat and this was a new place - kind of a big deal. There was no "sorry" - he just turned and burned. Kids and I split the strips, we paid and went to Burger Pit. Great food there too - and no attitude or poor service.

Crispy chicken skin, tasty soju, and along with our attentive waiter made our night quite enjoyable. It might have also been the alcohol. Haha. The sweeter flavor with possibly garlic was alright, the spicy however, definitely made my girlfriend inhale with that distinct "ssheek" sound. 8/10 would recommend you try once and then go another time with drunk friends.

Not sure if we just came on a bad night, but the chicken was overcooked and lacking in flavor. The udon soup was watery and bland. Some of the staff had their loud, drunk friends with them whick was highly unprofessional. I dont understand how this place has such good ratings....

Chicken I had was great. I got a mix of mild and spicy (it was actually pretty spicy). Only issue was my food and my fiancees food came out 10 minutes apart. When she asked the server about it he acted like it was no big deal and said it would be out in a few minutes.

Salmon avocado ball is the bomb! $5 wine HAPPY hour every day. The service is great and the people are attentive but there is something wrong with a mysterious odor in this place. They need to fix that ..

As told previously, they offer a warm and extremely service. And, I had an apple juice( fair) and a fried checked rice. For the rice its awesome, tasty, and a bit spicy, which is exactly I want.

When we went they were out of chicken strips so we got the wings instead. We also got the potstickers. Both wings and potstickers were great with the mix of sauces. Would eat here again.

Great wings, nice atmosphere. Loved the soy gatlic sauce. Next time Im trying the spicy sauce. Small, seemingly inexpensive things are a bit pricy like the glass noodle dish, japchae.

Our server was attentive and friendly. The drums are so good. The spicy ones will make you sweat, but they are addicting. Get a mix with the soy drums to give your tongue a break.

Pretty good Korean style fried chicken. Soy garlic is a pleaser for all. Spicy ones are on the hotter side. Sliders good too. Bibimbap was just ok, could use more flavor.
