my ex and i have been coming here for 5 years; at times, every weekend. that ended today when a friend of mine and I went to eat there on sunday. at noon we sat down. at 1215 we ordered. we got our food over an HOUR later...and it wasnt even busy. the owner, whom i have known this 5 years, was asked if he was going to comp our meal and his reply? "just come back mid-week; ill buy you a beer." thanks joe, but that doesnt quite make up for HORRIBLE service, excuses, nonsense and $38 for benedicts. my friend, my ex, and i will NEVER darken the door of this place again. if you have a choice of where to go for brunch, as much as the food is ok, consider outerlands or park chalet instead. never had a problem with either of those. dear seabreeze....thanks a loaf for the past 5 years and a ABYSMAL last visit.

We ended up here by accident as we actually came to the area to go to Outerlands (also reviewed). Outerlands had along line up so we came across the street to the Sea Breeze. On first appearance we werent sure whether we wanted to eat here as the atmosphere and decor of the interior was was a bit below our liking. However, it was getting later in the afternoon and we did not want to go elsewhere. We were very glad we made the decision to stay as the food was terrific and the service was fast, attentive and friendly. The Outerlands is a bit more upscale in appearance and the food is a bit more inventive but we would definitely stop at Sea Breeze again.

Who likes waiting in line for overpriced brunch menu items at Outerlands? Everybody who comes in and dines here. Just kidding, the food is great and I love their chipotle benedicts! This place also has great value and youre not spending $20 on one breakfast item *cough* Beachside Coffee Bar & Kitchen *cough*

Mellow vibes in this quiet restaurant by the beach. The waitress always has a smile on her face, welcoming all who walk in. Unassuming, straight forward, and consistency are its strengths. Chipotle Benedict, chorizo and eggs, and the fish sandwich are my favs. Drop in for a quick and affordable meal.

While the food and service was great, as they were able to accommodate ten of us in the small restaurant, I was expecting the bacon platter to contain more than two pieces of bacon. Otherwise, why even call it that?
