Said open 24/7 and saw two people working inside but wouldnt answer the drive through 4.48 am 2/26/2017 neither the intercom or at the window could i get service, the two women working this shift should be fired, saw two other people pull in and be unable to get service either and drive away. Edit: pulled through the drive through one more time before leaving and finally got service, i dont know for certain but i got the feeling that one person may have been training a new employee and then went to the restroom or something, so Im willing to give the benefit of the doubt but as stated earlier the delay did cost the restaurant at least two customers that i saw drive away. Not many places that are even open at late hours in the area though so Id still recommend if your in the area and need a quick meal/drink after midnight. Tonight was really bad. I stood in line for more then 20 minutes and then when I got to the window I had to wait another 5 minutes. I was so mad I just wanted to get my food and go. So I didnt check my order at all. When I got home; I was missing my Oreo cheesecake pie and one of the fish sandwich. I just cant believe it. I do not complaint at all. But this did it. And not only that my order way wrong. And let alone I stay in Windsor. Ca and I work in Novato. Ca so I stop by here all the time on my way home.

From one approach you basically have to pull a 180 to get into the drive through. During my order I asked for BBQ sauce for my chicken tenders, and they charged me 25 cents for that. I got to the register where the attendant impatiently asked for my money. I checked my bag only to find that my BBQ sauce packet was nowhere to be found. I told the attendant, and he hastily got me one and basically shooed me away. Dont worry; Im not coming back, ever.

In the drive thru they gave me diet coke because they were too lazy to change the coke at night. They figure people in drive thru will not come back in guess. I did and she huffed and then changed the coke syrup She did not even check the coke syrup. She already knew it was out and just to lazy to change it so she face me something else. The night shift people here are terrible

Yummie good and cheep prices when your on a budget..and the staff there are all really nice and friendly.. And if youve been out bike riding all day and need to have a quick charge for your phone they have an outlet inside near the back as well as wifi

I will never buy food here anymore more then 15 minutes in the drive true in the meat was not even cook yet on my order night shift its sucks there......... never recommended

Not in to fast food but I live a flame broiled burger once in awhile. Restaurant us clean and service is fast. Prices decent.
