We wandered by F&S one afternoon whilst walking the strip of Winslow and were excited with what we found! Wed looked at 5 or 6 other places and didnt feel like heavy carbs or a $40 lunch - enter fork and spoon! Off the main drag by a bit, we were first enticed by the large fork aside their sign. The menu had a lot of good sandwich options that range from $6 to $10 as well as salads and number of beers, wines, and other beverages. I enjoyed the meatloaf sandwich. Served on some really good, thick wheat bread, this dude had it goin on! A good amount of meat, some sharp cheddar and pickles for some bitter flavor. Grilled to perfection and delivered to my mouth! Totally hit the spot. My better half enjoyed the tuna melt with gruyere - equally awesome! Served open face style with a small salad that, while looking like it was made of garden weeds (organic often does to me), ultimately was really good and complimented the sandwich. The true kicker here and the reason for the 5 star bump was the patio out back! 6 or 7 bistro sets adorn this small enclosure that has an open roof, greenery and hanging lights that come on at night. We were there on a lovely spring day and the combo of the food with the weather and dining outside made for one of the more memorable lunches weve had in recent memory! I really hope this place continues to do well! The ambiance was excellent, the food superb and the service fantastic. Well be back the next time were in town!

Four of us did a quick ferry trip to Bainbridge Island and we stumbled on Fork and Spoon for a late lunch. We are a mostly vegan group and this place had a good range of options. The salads were great. Soups and sandwiches were very good. Very nice whole wheat bread. They had gluten free options also., and a good selection of local beers. Nice outdoor tables. All was good until we got back on the Ferry and I realized that I left my Therm-a-Rest cushion on the chair at Fork and Spoon. I called the cafe and they agreed to send me the cushion, and they did! A great meal and unexpected customer service!

If you order a beer you need to go to the back garden to drink it, so you go. then they tell you at the back youre not allowed to smoke. Service is terrible. This place is ridiculous.

Limited menu, but completely delicious. Small dining area. Excellent sandwiches and lemonades.

The sandwiches were OK, but the "seasonal fruit" side was nothing but a quarter of an apple.

The sandwiches are so-so. Prices are high and portions are miserly. Not recommended.
