Worst experience ive ever had at a restaurant so far....only half my party got the food on time and it took close to an hour for the second half of the food to come out, food was way too cold to eat after it came out, then took another half hour for the server and manager to re heat our food again, by that time it was almost 2 hours without any food....after telling the manager i didnt want it anymore, he gave me the check with a "20% manager discount" when in fact i was getting over charged by close to 30 dollars, i confronted the manager with the issue and he said " ill take care of it " but still got over charged for plates i never even orderd, i was forced to do the math on the check my self and when confronted the manager again his response was " just give me 70 dollers cash, and ill figuer it out later " its ridiculous how service is given at this place, i felt used and i feel like i was taken advantage of, good thing i was able to figuer it out before i payed, i will never go back there again and will not recommend it to any one

Sad to see all these bad reviews. Been going their ever since they opened in 2012. Yes service is sometimes slow but have never been disappointed with the food. Happy Hour is always great specially at night. Just make sure you come early or very late cause it gets full and its in the bar area only. For fast service sit at the bar. The only complaint about the drinks is that we drink too many and gets pricey. Overall great pleace to come and hang out for lunch, dinner, or Happy Hour. And glad its here in Rosemead. Oh one more tip, take advantage of the rewards points. Weve had many free meals from that.

Went there on a Friday night, probably not a good idea. Hostess said 25 minute wait. Ended up being an hour, once we got our table, waiter was wonderful, we placed our order we all got the endless apps. Before we even got our first order we had to order our second round. Once we got the food it was good.but had to order our next round. We got our second round but never got our meatballs for the second rounx. Waiter talked to manager and we got a free dessert. I would say overall it was a good time.

walked in there not a lot of people still took their time to serve us i order coffee and it tasted like lemon and as i finish my drink found a lemon seed at the bottom the server offer no charge on drinks so he brougth me another cofee and this time the cup was dirty with coffe stains around it and a grease spot on the side when the food arrive it was cold and the fries cold too very dissapointed with the service i hait at least like 10 minutes for the second cup of coffee wont go again to that place

I went there on Friday night 8/30. I had to wait for about 45min to have a table, and wait for 30min to have my food (my order was lobter & rip), the lobter was cold that you can feel by touching the tail and on the side of it. My friends order was ribeye steak which was cold also, we called to complaint then the manager bring both plates inside then less than 5min they bring out same food we ate. I was very sure that they heat the food in microwave. Tell me how can we eat the food like that????.

Ordered the apps all around for $15. Got Fried green beans, pretzel sticks with cheese sauce and buffalo wings. -Fried green beans were okay, the dipping sauce wasnt that good. -pretzel sticks were what youd expect, generous with the pretzel salt. Cheese sauce was not very cheesy and it had Applewood bacon which made it sweet. -buffalo wings were scrawny and the Buffalo sauce isnt good, or spicy. Overall service was good though.

This restaurant is a bit hard to catch as its located in the Target Plaza off the I-10 freeway. Being seated is generally quick as its a large restaurant. Ive only dined here for lunch yet the wait for food always seems to be quite long every single time. Not recommended if youre on the lunch rush. However, the food options as well as quality are pretty good.

Your typical Fridays. The service was okay, honest it was subpar, takes a but to get service especially when not in a group. My work place normally will hold dinners or event here and those times is GREAT but coming as a couple you feel a bit let down and not cared for. On another note the food is great at this location and beer is always cold!

Food was ok. Ordered the Ultimate Margaritas and received a mason jar filled with ice and little Margarita, after asking the waitress for easy ice. She took it back only to bring back what is supposedly a revised Margarita but tasted like they took out some of the ice and added tap water. Smh last time ordering Margaritas from here.

Worst service I had sent my plate back two times because my rice was burned brown as well as my shrimp everything was burnt and then they said that happy hour prices were only for people sitting at the bar even though it is advertised throught out their whole store waste of time did not get to eat and waste of energy

Omg...took forever to ask if we would like anything. So many staffs just talking. I finally oder felt like I was in a hurry, no straws such a big sour faces. First time here and last. West covina Tgi very polite service verry attending and friendly. Why did I come here ruined my Sunday football!!!!

Today we went there for the first time, only because restaurants nearby were full and we do not regret it. Food portions are big and not that expensive; also, it was delicious. Service is really good, employees are nice and polite. I like the inside of the place, definitely coming back soon!

I like going. Great service, staff is friendly and attentive. Sat by the bar so our waiter was running the bar and getting our food and drinks, which did not keep him from being attentive and asking if we needed anything. We ate the steak with the jack daniels sauce which is always good.

Waiting for your table sucks when theres a big game going on but other than that its pretty good. Their servers are friendly and attentive. Kids pizza and spaghetti are pretty disgusting so I wouldnt get them for the kids. Pay the extra $1 for the ribs instead.

I had ordered food. I asked the bartender what is good. Steak and pasta. Pasta was undercooked. Steak was very tough. I sent it back. They correct this. I think they have should have done this from the beginning.

Typical TGI Fridays. Good happy hour specials, especially on appetizers. Love their potato skins and spinach dip. Never get sick of it. A tip to the management though: Turn down the AC because its freezing in there.

Waitress is very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Food is great and so is the atmosphere, nice selection on beverages ranging from beers to soft drinks and everything in between. Now to sleep off the food coma.
