Ive been to a lot of KFC locations and all the locations that Ive been to are no good but this KFC location is the best great customer service fast service excellent chicken not greasy very delicious you guys are great this is the only KFC that is keeping the traditional way thank you guys you know who I am that guy at night time that came through the drive-thru in a black Honda and I said wow you guys are fast great service remember me ..it was on 10-01-2016 at 8:10pm you guys are great thank you ..keep doing a great job.

It was absolutely horrible. First of all, the place feels unsafe with large groups of noisey suspicious people roaming around in the deserted place. In addition, the people always get your orders wrong. The worst part is that its so bad for value and health. I ordered a mexican pizza that cost about $5 and they have almost no beans in there. Instead, they decided to put some clear plastic in my food! I dont know how this place is still running because it not only tasted nasty but the food is unsafe.

Usually dont like giving 1 star reviews but when I have to call out to workers to order food because of wearing ear phones in their ears while working. They never seen or heard me because they were enjoying their music to much. I understand listening to music but ignoring customers because of it not acceptable.

Customer service was not good. They ran out of root beer but didnt tell me. After waiting 5 mins for them to replace it, they finally said they were all out. The chicken didnt have much chicken; it was mostly skin and fat. Go to the Hawthorne & PCH or Sepulveda & Arlington locations.

No complaints here. I usually eat here when Im in the mood for fried chicken. They also have a taco bell menu and are open pretty late. Good place for that last minute munchie run. The food is pretty good too. Ive eaten at sit down restaurants that had worse food.

avoid this kfc at all costs...apparently its to hard to put the correct food in the bag never have had my order right ever from this kfc.... i ordered a zinger burger and they gave me a chicken little a 99dollar item for 5bucks... thanks kfc.
