I preorder two deep dish over the phone,they gave me a time frame of 15-20 min,I show up after 30 and they still hadnt been put in the oven, I asked if I could make it a stuffed crust since it wasnt in the oven and the cashier said it wouldnt be a problem till he asked the cook/prep and she said "hell no" . So I order a new one on top of my order and I over heard her say " I knew he was gonna order another one" given that they had 30 min to bake my pizza and when I arrived they denied my request to make it a stuffed crust while it was still being prepared and mock me when I order a new one and still never got an apology for the delay, Im 100% comfortable saying this is the worst service Ive gotten at this location. ..... and most likely will drive the extra 3 minutes to my local pizza hut next time.
