Halloween night - Ordered my pizza over the phone. Showed up and there were TONS of people waiting. Some patrons were not very happy about the wait which I understand, but it was Halloween. People should expect longer then normal wait times. I just want to applaud the overwhelmed staff for handling the pressure as best as they could. I could see everyone was working super hard at the registers as well as in the back and trying to help/please everyone. They appeared well-organized with how to get all of orders out.Thank you for greeting me right away and getting me my pizza as soon as you could. Hope you were able to have a great night!!!

After reading all these reviews, not being able to put an order in just a few minutes ago makes alot of sense! My husband was put on hold 3 times and the person "helping" us was never paying attention to what my husband was ordering and it seemed like she was doing other stuff on the side. She told my husband that he needed to make up his mind and order! Had she been paying attention, she would have known he already told her what we wanted! Overall, TERRIBLE customer service, the pizza is alright, but the service needs alot of help. Have alot of patience before calling/picking up.

Worst service ever. Call in an order half hour ahead of time and still isnt ready when you get there. I go in and nobody is even at the register. See them all standing around in back talking. Once they do help you, youll be lucky if they even got your order right.

Horrible service! My second time ordering ahead a deep dish and the second time I come in and they dont have the order... so I have to wait again. Get ur system together, ur suppose to be a professional corporation.

Its in walk and grab a pie! Thats what I love about it. People trying to call in orders and complaining, dont get the whole concept of little ceasars. Keep it simple, cheese or pepperoni and youll be fine.
