For several years I traveled for a living and always found eating at the bar at Red Lobster a means for a good meal without having to spend a lot of time. In this locations situtation the same could not be said. Came in on a Monday night and had ample setting available. It seemed however the bartenders were more concerned talking with each other and stocking the bar than serving there customers. My bisquits came with the meal....oh and by the way where was the soup and/or salad with my meal...it was never asked. The clam strips were split, half undone the other half must have been for a prior order and flash fried warm. The flounders breading was pulling away and smelled off...dipped in milk prior??? after 2 bites I quit and was thankfully sparred less stomach pain later. That said if they had asked if anything was wrong it could have been fixed, after all nothing is always perfect. Instead the bartender removed my plate after I pushed it away and only came back to present the bill. I will eat at Red Lobster again just never at this location. I would recommend the extra travel to the other Milwaukee location.

It was our 5yr anniversary and we decided after watching a movie we would celebrate here since my hubby has never been. The wait was 1.5hrs when there were about 6 booths unoccupied. Staff were unorganized an lacked communication skills. Waited at the bar for our table prepared 2 oder a drink. It took about 30min b4 a bartender even acknowledged us n we were the only 2 in the area. Then it took another 15min b4 actually getting the drink. After being seated our waitress was nice but had 2wait another 30 min b4 my hubby received his drink. I ended up getting sick after eatn soup that tast like cheez wiz n fish so we packed our food up the second it came out and left. On top of all that u can smell the stench of dirty carpet in the air mixed with the fish smell. There were pieces of crab legs under our table from the ppl b4 us. I mean i waited 1.5hrs I shouldnt have 2 step on/over previous customers mess. All in all the place looked extremely unkept. I just feel bad my hubbys 1st experience was that. Tst tst tst.

We were seated quickly, and got our drinks in short order, but from there on out it went downhill. We asked for a second order of biscuits, and then started waiting. The food took longer than Id expect, and when it arrived, they forgot my fries. Our waiter was nearly invisible, as well. We would see him for a fleeting instant, fail to catch his eye, and hed be gone. Finally, he showed up and we asked for biscuits a second time, as well as a baked potato (instead of fries, travel better) and to-go boxes. He brought the baked potato, but only one to-go box when we had specified two. Finally got the extra biscuits when the second to-go box arrived. We considered ordering dessert, but when he didnt even ask, figured it was better to stop somewhere else on the way home. The food was good, but if you want to be noticed, go to 76th Street.

5 Stars all the way. Restaurant was full on a Friday evening and we only waited 10 minutes to be seated. Friendly hostess and outstanding waiter (Devin). Got our drinks within minutes, incredible biscuits right away and they did not rush us in and out like many other chain restaurants do. The restrooms were extremely clean. Food was hot and the restaurant did an incredible job accommodating my daughter that cannot eat gluten. A+ and 5 Stars all the way. I read reviews from months ago that were not all that good about this location. We experienced nothing but the best service. I spoke with the manager after dinner and congratulated her on how impressed I was with everything about the restaurant. Thanks for giving my my wife, daughter and I a great Friday evening dining experience.

The manager here, Chris, was very condescending to my group and was not accommodating when there was a mistake with how many people were in our party. We ended up eating at the bar but that was a little inconvenient since we had two children with us. The staff at the bar, Cheryl and Angel were very nice. We asked Chris if he could just push two tables together that were in the corner since nobody was sitting there. There were not many people waiting in the lobby but claimed there would be another hour wait. I watched those tables sit empty for 40 minutes before someone was seated at either table. This was a Thursday night so we could have eaten and been gone in that time. I absolutely hate this location and probably will not return. There is always something negative that happens.

Walked into the Wauwatosa Red Lobster for a 1 p.m. lunch. The windows of the entryway were full of fingerprints. The front reception area smelled like vomit. There seemed to resemble a spot on the floor in front of the lobster tank. We put our names down for a reservation, then I went to use the bathroom with the mirror full of water marks that stretched the entire length of the bathroom. I thought wow the place has only been open for 2 hours on a Wednesday and it looks and smells like this. I left, I could not enjoy my lunch with that vomit smell in my nostrils or wondering what else is unclean behind closed doors. I did speak to the "visiting Manager-Katie" she thanked me for my information. Had a fabulous meal at The Cheesecake Factory instead.

I have not been to a red lobster in at least 8 years. My wife and I were in town so we decided to eat at red lobster. My wife has never been to a red lobster. We go in to this location and the place was filthy, in our booth there was food splattered on the dividing wall and on the flower pot thing that sits on top of the dividing wall. Im not really sure but I believe I smelled urin as well it was a very musty type of smell. I wanted to leave, which I should have but we decided to stay and try the food. Our salads were sour, and the tartar sauce I used had gone bad. The fish was good and the tacos my wife had were good and the waitress did a really good job. The place was just dirty and smelly. Reminded me of a long John silvers lol.

I just had the most disturbing experience. We waited 25 minutes for a table, even though there was no line. When we were seated, they sat us at a table that was empty the whole time. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes, but never got out meals. The waitress gave us salads with no silverware. She was talking at the bar with another waitress, who was eating an order of wings in front of the customers. The drinks were wrong. The service was poor. Then, the waitress got into a full blown argument with a Customer!!!! We got up and left. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant in my life. The manager had no control of his team. Ill wait until I get back to my home town to eat at Red Lobster, where I can get some REAL service.
