I blame myself for going there 4 times. In four trips to this newly remodeled DQ we have yet to have what would be considered a good experience. The first time it was relativity expected, since they just reopened, but it took 35 minutes to get out our order. The second time, the same slow service for us, but three groups that came in after us received their orders before us. Ours was cold and it wasnt ice cream. The third time, after fifteen minutes she calls our number and I motioned where we were (they give you a number placard and bring your food to you) and she goes back into the kitchen and did not return with our food, repeat two more times. When I went to the counter she said "well, I called for you three times" I told her that she looked right at me each time and I raised me hand each time. And since I was told that they will bring it out to me I assumed you would come out with our food and bring it to the table with the correct number on it, she said "Im a little busy for that". When we were ready to leave I ordered a mixed "to go box" of Dilly bars, I received a number placard and was told they would bring it out. Ten minutes later they brought me out a box of chicken strips. I said I ordered Dilly bars, he told me he gave them to the tall guy that just left and ran out the door to try and catch him. They repackaged my Dilly bars and when I got home they were the wrong flavors. My fourth and last appearance there I ordered Dilly bars to go again, incorrect flavors once again and then was told that they gave me what I ordered. I mentioned that I know what kinds my children like and it seemed as if they were annoyed by having to correct it.

stood in line for 10 minutes, during this time I counted the number of staff. There were at least 10 employees and I only saw 3 actually working. There were 3 employees on break in the dining area, the rest were standing around or talking to the guy who was supposed to be taking orders. They had 2 registers but only one person working them while a girl stood behind him just watching. There were over 10 people in line and more kept coming in. Finally after the 6 people in front of me all where helped the lady standing around asked if she should go on the other register, I was next so I stepped up and she greeted me with "for here, right?" (Which is wasnt, it was to go). I also received and was charged for the wrong sizes. I understand that it just recently reopened and that some of the employees are new and still learning. I am not upset that it was slow, I understand that part. But there is no reason for poor customer service. The people who were working, were great and fast. But there were too many not working.

Incredibly slow and poor service since they reopened. Long line of people, one person working the register while one stood there holding up the wall eating. Eating behind the counter in front of customers? Poor training and lazy management are more than likely responsible. New building is very nice.

Very slow service. Took 45 minutes to stand in line, place my order, and get served. Staff during this time continuously brought out wrong orders for guests. This is a newly remodeled restaurant, but service is still the same as the old one. Hoping for better results in the near future.

The ice cream is dairy queen usual but if you order food, be prepared to wait a long time. My husband and I both ordered chicken and it took almost 15 minutes. I then expected that the chicken would be really hot and fresh but it was just warm. So I dont really understand what took so long.

Ever since the remodel the food is very disappointing. I have been there for lunch when its slow and when its busy and it seems to not matter, the fries are always cold and the burgers or chicken have been luke warm. Only thing I will get at this DQ is ice cream.

Horrible! 4 cars ahead of me in the drive there, waited 45 minutes. Ridiculous! When I finally got to the window, all you see was a bunch of kids running around, nobody knew what they were doing, certainly no manager on giving direction. It was a train wreck.

Ever since this DQ has re-opened, theyve slacked off, multiple visits, and Im pretty sure serve BAD food.. my bun was rock solid and crumbled, and my fries were literally ice cold in the center. Management is also a HUGE disappointment.

Waited for 20 mins to have sloppy burgers and one with not all of the toppings. Ice cream melted came out of state. More than likely will never come back. Should have gone to the subway across the street.

Horrible service, cashier was very rude and yelled at other customers ,ice machine was out of ice, and when they brought out our blizzards they were overfilling and had ice cream all over the sides
