This place has gone straight down hill. Have been a customer for over twenty years. Over the past 6 months, you never know what you are going to get. The staff is bunch of punks that have no customer service skills. Had a completely unacceptable $28.00 pizza and tried to return it. The worker laugh about it. Spoke with the owner and found out why the staff acts that way and why this place has slipped so much. The owner is a total idiot with an attitude. Bad combo if you are on the food service industry. Places like this usually go out of business and I hope it happens sooner rather than later. Maybe someone with some smarts can bring it back to a quality establishment. Do NOT waste your time or money. There are a lot of worthy pizza places in this city. This place is not one of them.

We have been a long time customer of the Upper Crust and have always liked the pizza. We have noticed a big improvement in service since the new owners have recently taken over. They are really committed to restoring Upper Crust to being the "Best Pizza on the North Shore"and providing the best service to their customers!! We recently ordered from them and could not have been happier!! If you havent tried them recently, I would definitely recommend you give them a call!!

Decent pizza, nice crust, but I thought the sauce was bland (my SO thought it was decent and a little sweet). I was also disappointed with the meager toppings - I ordered their garden special and it looked like a frozen pizza rather than a "gourmet" pizza as advertised. Lisas is better and so is Pizza Shuttle, so we probably wont order from here again.

Give it another try! I thought this place was awful just a few years ago....but I tried it again (mainly due to the cold weather during the Winter of 2013/2014 - I didnt want to have to go outside). The pizza is excellent! Totally different than before. Quality ingredients....no grease...fast, hot delivery. Try it again....its worth it!

This is our go-to pizza place in the Milwaukee area. The attention that goes into each pizza is very noticeable and theyve nailed the art of making good and simple pizza. It be more on the pricey side, but youre paying for quality food not just substance to fill you up.

One of my new favorites. We moved to the area and were not familiar with what pizza places were good. We found this place by luck and I am so glad we did! I cant get enough of their pizza and cheesy bread. The crust is amazing!
