Service ok, pizza ok, cheese plate VERY cheesy. Please add some more bread and fruit or less cheese. Need better balance. We arrived, were promptly seated then the host brought our glasses. But no one came around with water for at least 5 min probably 10 because by the time she came we already knew what we wanted to order and it was our first time there. So we ordered immediately, 10 min later a cheese plate finally came. 20 min after that we finally got our thin crust pizza which certainly should not have taken almost 40 min after our order. Both times the food was brought out the service people had no idea where the food was to go. We watched them walk by with our food and then return. As we were finishing up the server asked if we wanted a drink refill, we said yes, but 15 min later she came over to take our pizza tray having completely forgotten, so we just asked for the check. Check came quickly but took another 10 min to come back for our card. Pizza was ok, not a huge fan of thin crust and there wasnt much BBQ on it, cream cheese was in chunks, just not quite what we had hoped with how great everyone says the place is. Hope the service is not always this slow.

They were not busy (wonder why) and when the hostess finally arrived at the table she slammed the water and glasses on the table so hard that it made me jump. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, 1 Caesar Salad that was average (loaded with bread cubes), 1 Medium Margarita Pizza (that measured 12", the size of their small pizza) that had zero taste, was wet in the center and outer edge was like a dried up cracker. The mozzarella was scarce and they cut a few grape tomatoes in half and tossed them on top and called it a pizza all for $55.00! It was a complete rip-off. We were still hungry when we were finished. We headed directly south to Thansfer and ordered another Margarita Pizza and some drinks. This was our second time eating at Pizza Man and we were both completely disappointed and will never be back. It is too bad you put VIA (a perfectly good restaurant) out of business by moving into the area! You will never the Pizza Man you once were back in the day on North Avenue.

First, I want to thank the staff for making sons birthday delightful! However, I take exception with the food quality, to put it politely what happened? I remember Pizza Man on Oakland and North it was fantastic! I visited two years ago and still wonderful but this evening absolutely disappointed, in dishes I have ordered throughout two decades or more! The Eggplant Fries were a strange texture and bitter and the pizza crust was so thin it could of been a cracker; The toppings were sparse and the prices astronomical! Please, I implore you to restore the food preparation you used before the fire it worked so much better than now! I would like to continue to patronize one of my very favorite restaurants and have the rest of my friends and family experience it as well.

We finally made the trip to the new Pizza Man. We were big fans of the old location because of the wine list primarily and the reasonable pricing. The new location was fantastic-- the food was great-- the wine prices were OBSCENE! Needless to say-- we just ended-up ordering drinks from the bar-- which was very disappointing to say the least. Its unfortunate that a pizza place feels the need to charge a 300% markup on its bottle prices-- or even worse-- a 400% mark-up on its by the glass pours. You can enjoy these very same wines at some of Milwaukees finest restaurants (New York, Miami, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, and Seattle too!) for much less-- which says a lot! The two star rating is because I dont like it when restaurants try to gouge patrons on wine.

We had our recent Baby Shower for my daughter, Lori T on Sunday, April 19, 2015. Jackie the event coordinator at Pizza Man was a joy to work with. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we might have. The day of the shower, Jackie and her staff went out of their way to handle any wish we might have. Their hard work, great food, and a beautiful upper room, made this a memorable experience for Lori and our guests. I would recommend this venue to anyone wishing to have their special day at a great restaurant. Thank you Jackie and staff for making this Baby Shower a truly special day. Jan Cowan

We utilized Pizza Man MKE for our wedding rehearsal in September, 2016. We worked primarily with Jackie and Sarah - both were extremely professional and prompt in their correspondence. We reserved the whole second floor which had tons of space, an atrium, a full bar, and restrooms. This was the perfect venue for our needs, the space was stunning, and the staff was a joy to work with. As always, the food, which was served buffet style, was excellent and drinks were flowing. We would highly recommend Pizza Man MKE for casual dining, events, and cocktails!

Tonight we went to Pizza Man for dinner, not a very good experience . First of all the wine was very over priced, ridiculously over priced . As for the pizza it was the worst pizza I have ever had ... the crust was like I was eating crackers ... as for the chicken Marsala it was on the bone with the skin and the potatoes were raw and not to mention that you dont even get a slice of bread with your dinner . What kind of an Italian place in this that doesnt serve bread with your meal . First and last time we will ever go there .

Had a bad two and a half hour experience on Wednesday night due to their "buy one get one free" night. It doesnt seem like they have the capacity to do this with dine-ins and carry-outs. The waiter didnt manage our expectations very well and we were told a half hour in that it "was going to be a longer wait." I was not offered a drink refill until I pointed it out. The manager we spoke with was unhelpful and condescending. Go to Fixture for a similar pizza/drink menu or Lisas for the old school atmosphere.

We ordered a pizza for $20.00 and absolutely HATED it! First of all, the service seemed very unprofessional. Also, the pizza was so extremely dry, that I had to constantly drink water in order to actually digest it. Second, there was little to no sauce on the pizza, making it seem bland (since the sauce makes up a pizza). We had a sausage pizza (the sausage was pinched), but the sausage was scarce and miniscule. We called Pizza Man and we shared our thoughts, but we plan on never returning again

Yum. Great pies, great za, great slices, etc. Get a pizza with cream cheese dolups on it and youll feel like you were being lied to your whole life! Its the greatest thing in the world. Its thin. Its "fancy". Its unique. If you have someone who loves Jacks or thinks Dominos is legit...maybe this place isnt for them. But its worth a try. Out of town guests have told me multiple times that it was the best pizza theyve ever had. Pretty big statement, but its good.
