DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! We try to support local business but This guy is an idiot. The owner is never there and lets kids run his place. We have been patient with this place. 4 out of the last 5 orders were wrong. Tonight it took 1 hour 15 minutes for a pizza that was cold and was supposed to be only 30 to 45 minutes. The pizza was not only cold but wrong. We called and the owner was of course not there nor a manager. Then 10 minutes later a guy called claiming to be a manager told us if we bring the pizza back they would credit us as employees were laughing at us in the background. We had it delivered not picked up, the owner refused to credit our credit card and would not call us. This guy can care less about his customers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COLD, LATE PIZZA AND A PISS POOR ATTITUDE FROM THE OWNER.

Ive been ordering from here at least twice a month for the past few months but today I order the typical 2 sausage slices and a can of soda for $6.54 and I pick it up and it taste like its been sitting out all day when they told me it would take a half an hour. That wasnt the bad part as you get what you pay for. The manager was clearly present and was allowing one of his workers to sit on the food prep station with his shoes on the corners of the table. How unsanitary! I just looked at Yelp and someone else was complaining about this about 2 weeks ago. The owner needs to get a grip on his employees or will be driving this business into the ground.

Place is under new ownership, no hair nets are worn by the workers, they dont wear gloves and handle all the food- very unsanitary. The owner gossips about his workers with the other co-workers, slandering some of them; calling them drug addicts- which is funny because some of the people he is falsely accusing of being drug addicts have never done drugs in their lives. The place is all drama, bad food, bad service, bad owner. Goto ANY OTHER ROSATIS, BUT NOT THIS ONE, THIS LOCATION HAS TERRIBLE FOOD!!

When i recently ordered from this location at 8:16pm i called at 9:45pm wondering where my food was at and the person on the phone said he said awhile ago and should be there soon, apologized for the long wait and said i would have a credit for next time. Finally when my food came it was smashed and cold. Well i thought id give them another try but the $3.00 credit that was put on my account is not worth the 90 min delivery for cold food. I will never order from this place again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza from there today, went to pick it up and thank god I opened it before I left the parking lot, it is burnt. Like black burnt, on a medium pizza to only have 2 pieces that could have been edible is ridiculous. The fact that they boxed it up to send it out is mind blowing. Like you cant tell that its black burnt when you take it out of the oven??

$4.00 delivery charge, $1.50 fee to order online plus youre expected to tip the driver. So if you ever order from Rosatis add an additional $10 to your bill because they will add on hidden fees. Most importantly pizza is gross. So i feel like i got robbed in two ways. The first being the fees they add and second would be their disgusting food they try to pass off as pizza.

Worst pizza place in town. Food is not as good as other Rosatis locations (used to order every Friday from Wheaten store), delivery would come late and not handled with care, staff was rude. Its been a while since I ordered there but it was disappointing enough to remember

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered my food at 1203 and JUST GOT IT NOW!!!! The lady on the phone was like, oh im sorry, idk what to tell you. Then when the driver finally called me, he went to the wrong place TWICE!!! I will not be ordering from here, EVER again!!!!

The store is under new management, theyve really change and the service is much better than it used to be. The new owner, or someone else, actually confronts issues instead of telling you to call back another day as they previously had done in the past.

We ordered a pizza tonight at 7:10. After an hour we called Rosatis and were told they were really busy. The driver arrived at 8:50 with our cold pizza. We will not be going here again - terrible service!
