I have a hard time believing someone would have a bad experience at this franchise. & if you did, I highly recommend reaching out to the owner of the franchise who is not only has a very regular presence in his stores but is also very friendly and approachable. The owner and all the staff he has chosen to work underneath him hold high standards and kick ass customer service skills, even during lunch/dinner rush. You guys have a great team going. Keep it up.

Excellent service, great sandwiches, fresh cut fries, and amazing fresh squeezed lemonade make this place stand out from the other sandwich shops! If you havent been there yet, dont wait any longer. To top off your meal, if you have any room left, I recommend the cookies! Fantastic!

Very slow service! Person who i assume was the manager should have helped prepare food, instead talked to a customer for the time i was waiting, recived my food after the other customers who arrived after i did at this location...hint..every customer is important!!!!

Im from the East Coast, and they have the best cheesesteaks Ive ever had! It costs a little more, and takes a little while for them to make, but its worth it! Their lemonade is also top notch!

This location is consistently slow to prepare orders and always manages to leave something out. Its a shame. I like Penn Station but will no longer eat at this particular establishment.

Good food. Little pricey. Takes a while for food sometimes even when they arent busy. Get the Philly or the Italian. Biggest complaint, thier floor is sticky 100% of the time!
