Horrible place to work. Between the highest managements that hold secret meetings, often choosing who to terminate next by regularly watching the security cameras or who looks at them cross-eyed and even those that question wrongful actions. The equipment is poorly cleaned and maintained with little regard for quality of product. People are expected to work long hours with very little breaks. Actual Miller Baking employees are offered fewer rights and respected less than the temporary help. Speaking of, they employ about 75 people, with half being temp help, with outrageous turnover. Benefits are basic with mediocre pay. Cheap people, cheap tactics & cheap talk.

I LOVE Pretzel Buns! It reminds me of one of the breads we used to enjoy while still living in Switzerland! So far I was only able to purchase the buns, can someone please tell me who carries the pretzel bites and the sandwhich buns? I live in Orlando, and bought the pretzel buns at wholefoods the other day... Thank you! Happy Holidays...

One of the best bakeries ever! I go for the Miller Bakery and I usually end up getting no less than 6 every visit. Theyre really moist, soft, and of course they taste AMAZING!!!! The only thing I would say, they sell out REALLY fast, so I would suggest calling and reserving what you want. GO TRY THEM!!!!.

Agreed with the below. Awful place to work with misguided management. No one wears gloves, hair isnt tied back and dont dare to question any policy or actions.
