This place is new to the area since I moved away so wanted to check it out. When you come in the front door the first thing you see is the two large pie cases with every kind of pie imaginable. All the reviews were high and so were my expectations. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries and coffee to drink. It was good but did not have a lot of meat. The fries were not as crispy as I liked. The coffee was not rich and strong the way I like, but it was ok. The server was friendly and served me quickly. I ordered a piece of pie to go - the pecan chocolate silk and enjoyed it later. The pie was very good and if the coffee was a better quality (such as a good French roast) I would make this a pie and coffee stop. A little on the pricey side considering.

Have eaten here many time before today. Sat down with the family ordered lunch, then waited, and waited, and waited, then people who came after us started getting meals. The waitress , awful by The way, came to our table and said our meals were coming out next, 10 more minutes then she comes to the table and says we have no food for you, you want to wait or you can just go!!!! Are you kidding me , I flipped out. We left and on the way out I demanded to see the manager. He was kinda like yeah whatever but I can give you vouchers for free meals. I told him I would never go there again. Never ever had this happen. In my whole life. Crazy

Large group with me at home of visit, the wait to find a table was a bit long, even with about 10 patrons in restaurant. Got seated and staff took closer to 20 minutes to get drink orders, then we waited even longer to get food order, and we were all ready with our orders. Got wrong meals, and staff still took forever to fix this. After it was fixed needed drink refills, yet staff never came back to check on us. Food was decent, only reason for an extra star. Paying the bill was smoother, staff at register very nice.

We just had to get a french silk pie before we went home it is now thanksgiving night we called and spoke with Akron(i believe the spelling is wrong he was the assistant manager) it was 7:58 on the night of thanksgiving and he had it already bagged and ready for us to purchase with the best attitude possible he was very pleasant to deal with. Baker square that man needs a raise!!! Hands down a pleasure to be around.

Went for lunch 3-3-12! Awful food and raw chicken on my salad Bleeding!Called the manager over and he said sorry!!! Does he know how sick you can get from raw chicken OMG!We paid bill and left!!!!Wont be going back to the liberty-ville location ever!!!!Poorly managed just took the chicken back and re-cooked it! I wasnt eating that crap!!!Hope I dont get sick!!!! Health depatment will be notified!

This Bakers Square has the best staff. The wait staff is extraordinary. The front people are friendly and eager to make you happy and comfortable. The food is outstanding as well as the pies! the cleanliness is fantastic! No dust anywhere! Compare this to other Bakers Squares and you will be impressed! I have been to many and this one by far surpasses all the ones I have been in.

Food was great and so was the pie like always. But our server Michelle was kinda awful to be honest. She would take forever ! We got our pie and my grandma asked for a water. She waited more than 10 mins by the time she gave her water my grandmother was pretty much finished ! Sorry Michelle maybe you should quit chit chatting in the back and pay attention to your customers instead.

I was just here for breakfast. Coffee is so weak, its like drinking flavored water. I ordered the basic 4 scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, fruit, and english muffin. The eggs looked like they were pre-made, the fruit was dry, the bacon was cold and also pre-made. The bill was 24.00. My husband had the black forest pancakes, they were not good either.

The service was pretty good but I thought the food was less than desire able my egg yolk was this strange whitish color Im not sure but it didnt taste like much. The rest of the meal was nothing special but everyone around me seemed to like Thier food and they were pretty busy. Perhapse I just got the wrong thing on the wrong day.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Staff has always been very willing to help you out with anything and wait on you hand and foot. They have the best food and cook it exactly the way you want it. My favorite thing to eat is crepes hollandaise. Cant wait to go again after basic training.

Food was good, service not so good. Waited 15 min just to get a waitress to our table to just take our drink order. Then another 10 min to come back to take our food order. It was later in the evening, not many customers and plenty of wait staff.

I work in the back and i clean the restrooms. The food is excellent and its usually pretty busy around the late morning and afternoons. If youre looking for great and fast service and excellent desserts, this is the spot for you!
