I love the food at Chipotle! I just moved to Milwaukee recently, but I will not return to this Chipotle location. The customer service is terrible! The first time I went I was charged for guacamole when I did not get any. I kept trying to tell the cashier I had no guacamole and she kept trying to charge me for it. It was like she thought I was trying to get guacamole for free. Finally she asked the person who made the bowl, and who told her I did not have any guacamole. The times I returned I had similar customer service problems. I used to go to Chipotle often, but since moving here I will not got to this location.

Been coming here for years and always been very happy, that is until last 2 visits. I dont know if its the couple of new employees they have or a new portion rule from the owner but the amounts they were trying to put on were less than half of what would normally go on. had to ask 2-3 times for each item on burrito to be more, including the rice. My friend did as well and almost just walked out. and when i mean small amounts the shredded beef they try to put on would have not been enough for a taco at taco bell 8(. I should ne have to be vocal and pushy to get what they have given for years.

This chipotle has gotten worse over time. Theyre customer service is horrible! I made many online orders and none has ever been ready by the time I got there. Not to mention, when you place an online order, it directs you to "skip the line" and go to the cashier. The cashiers never acknowledge you and keep fooling and laughing around with coworkers. I had to interrupt them and tell them I had an online order I was waiting to pick up. A simple "oh" was all that was said. I Will not be continuing my service at this location.

My review is rather opposite from what Ive seen here. Ive been to two other locations sparingly over the years. Stopped at this one a few weeks ago and I dont think Im going to look back. Read, I cook my own food on the weekends and I know what 4 oz of steak looks like. These folks have 4oz on point! Add some Tomatillo Red Chili Salsa and you are hot. Sometimes I even want to say less cheese please. Great place, it even is a Pokestop. PS. Chipotle, can you get a spicer salsa, thatd be great xD

this location is pretty awful. compared to the chipotles in hales corners, tosa, and the east side, this location skimps on the serving sizes, the food is pretty much always cold and not as good as the other locations, and the workers are always screwing around. the place isnt filthy, but the cafe isnt clean either. this location is the closet chipotle to my house, but id rather drive the extra miles for a decent chipotle than come back to this less than mediocre location.

We love going to Chipotle and the stand on 27th is great. Some of the businesses on 27th are run-down or over-worked or similar, and the service suffers, but Chipotle seems to have isolated itself from that tone. The employees are super friendly and the food is excellent. I like seeing large chains put an emphasis on the importance of local foods. It is such powerful way to grow awareness - and to provide "green food" thats affordable. Well done Chipotle!

I walk in and the place smells horrible, then Im waiting in line and the two Mexican women behind the grill are talking about each others sex life, and it was making me uncomfortable, the food definitely was reheated cause the fajitas vegetables were soggie, and the shredded beef had alot of fat in it, the service was horrible, I feel bad cause chipotles a great place when its run wright,

It would be great if they stayed open until they are supposed to close. I arrived 5 minutes before close, and so did another patron, and the doors were already locked. We knocked on the door and a worker came and told us that it was already ten oclock. We both showed him our phones, and show that it clearly was not 10 oclock, and he basically just shrugged and walked away.

This is hands down the best Chipotle in the city. I work nearby and go at least two to three times a week. Everyone from the manager to the girls slinging burritos are super friendly. Despite the restaurant being frequently busy, I am always in and out with my order quickly. Karina, Mela, Karla, Cheli, Norbi, and Cristi are the best burrito makers ever!!!

BEST. LOCATION. EVER! The customer service is beyond amazing! The staff exceed any expectations and they are just always smiling! I have been to many other Chipotle locations, and honestly, nothing compares to this site. They are the most KIND, helpful, and polite people I have EVER come across. Went last night and split a taco plate - steak, chicken, pork. Tasted very good, and they will load them with whatever you want. They certainly dont cheat you on the chips and guacamole, both of which were good.

Best Burrito bowls weve had in a while! The ingredients were super fresh! The staff was professional, we even caught one of the employees checking the temperature of the meat with a thermometer! Keep it up guys!
