This restaurant definitely had a crowd that they were unprepared to handle last night. We only had about a 10-15 minute wait for a table which wasnt bad. Once we were seated we never saw waitress for at least 10 to 15 minutes. So nothing to drink was given until that time. We then placed our order and we were finally given something to drink and our soup and salad at that time. Then we waited and waited and waited some more and still some more, it took at least 45 minutes to an hour to get a sandwich and a fish and chips order. The waitress also puts a craft of pop on the table so we could Self Serve and she doesnt need to do it. It seems like the kitchen staff were bringing out food instead of making sure that they were cooking food for people. They had one young lady who looked like a zombie walking around asking people for refills and taking plates. So you really never even saw your waitress. And what you go out to dinner for is that personal experience with the waitress to attend to your table. Its a shame because their food is good but it seems like they paid more attention to getting out carry out orders then feeding their people who are setted at tables within their restaurant. The waitress walks around like a deer in headlights. No apology was ever given for the length of time it took to get the food. Nor was anything ever said like it still coming, its just a busy night nothing but just sitting there being ignored. The table next to us was seated way before us and still they hadnt had their food when we left. The place is very mismanaged and terribly disorganized!!!!!

Easter Weekend with my family at Grand Geneva Condos, have heard what great pizza Next Door Pub has so ordered $67.00 worth of pizza and a pasta diner. I was told it would be an hour if it was delivered so opted to pick up. 2 minutes from restaurant, picked up food COLD everything was cold! Ordered a pepperoni sausage pizza got all cheese no meat! My daughter called to complain, they asked us to box up all of the food and they would remake the order. I couldnt believe they wanted the uneaten pizza, I called back was put on hold disconnected finally after 2 attempts got the manager and told her how ridiculous it was to box up cold uneaten food. If that is there idea of fixing the problem they need to learn what customer service is all about. We have 2 children by the time food was picked up and started to eat it was after 9 in evening. Arguments within the family certainly not my idea of a nice way to celebrate Easter Saturday with my family. In addition WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE ON THIS COLD PIZZA!! Still waiting for the food to be delivered NEVER AGAIN! Disgusted!!!

After my family had to wait over 45 minutes for a table which we were happy to do because it smelt amazing! Once we were finally seated at a table it took what felt like 20 mins but was probably closer to 10 mins for our server to even get to us for drinks. Im of course ready to place both drinks and food seeing how we waited for so long however my server was rude he didnt let me know of any specials I had to ask what the soup was no one got refills until after we got the check and we had to ask for them! Normally I give places a second chance but after tonight we will never be back! The service was horrible and when I told my waiter that I didnt need a box because I didnt like my food and he didnt even acknowledge that my whole meal was still in the bowl and didnt offer anything to fix it or to even take it off my check well lets just say for the first time in my life I left a 10 percent tip very disappointed! This place was highly recommended however we wont be back!

Ive been here a few times and service really seems to be going downhill. We arrived and our waitress didnt stop by for at least 15 minutes. We gave her our pizza order right away and noticed tables around us receiving their food long before ours. There was a table of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) who sat down after us and had their food and left before we even got our pizza. When we mentioned how long the wait for food was to the waitress she said she would go check and eventually she came back and told us it would be another 20 minutes but we were up next. Honestly believe she forgot to put our order in since there is no way it would take over an hour to bake a thin crust pizza. Honesty on the waitresses part would have gone a lot farther than how she just ignored us once we questioned where our food was.

Almost always have a great experience. Except this time. We waited over 30 mins for our dinner and this is after we had our appetizers and salad. Now min you when I get my food it is FULL of oil and the rest of the tables food is cold. Now to add the icing to the cake. We had 2 tables sit order and leave while we are still waiting. The first excuse i get is they had pizza it does cook faster. Okay sure it cooks faster but not in 5 mins. Then when we finally speak to a manager Im told its Im sorry but its busy.. REALLY its busy thats your excuse. I was there before "dinner time" and it wasnt busy at all. You had 1 group waiting and not to mention you are a popular resteraunt you should be use to being busy. It sucks cause we liked that place a Lot. But excuses like that make us not wanting to return.

Slight supper club atmosphere which we love. We went on Thursday at 2pm. It was pretty busy, no wait. Popular times/days must be long waits (no reservations). Anyway, even at peak times, this one is worth the wait. Pulled pork nachos, mozzarella planks with panko breading, award winning burgers, amazing cake selection from the owners bakery next door. OMG, I cant wait to go back. It was all amazing. The menu is huge and everything looks fantastic. Dessert menu is hiding in the tabletop wine and spirits book. And the icing on the cake is that the prices are incredibly reasonable. $31 tab for two soft drinks, 2 appetizers, 1 burger, 1 cake later. We tipped 30% because the service was so great. I applaud the owners for such quality and value and deliciousness. My new fave.

This is the first time me and my family visited the pub and pizzeria and it will definitely be our last time. The service is outrageously terrible and very slow. It took 30 minutes to receive two sandwiches and an appetizer. And yet, when we asked the waitress where it was, she just nodded and walked away. The food was cold. There were 5 to 6 wait staff and the whole entire time we were there, we did not see anybody smile. This is probably the worst pub in american history. I do not recommend this place nor would I ever want somebody to waste their time at this place. This is the first time Ive never left a tip. If I read the previous reviews, I wouldve never stepped foot in the restaurant.
