Got food poisoning from this place. Severe diarrhea and throwing up constantly, couldnt even hold down water. Still have the receipt, in case any one in management wants to see it. I called them the next day... after I threw up 13 times. I spoke to the "manager" there. He didnt care at all. Just said that he would speak to the kitchen staff about proper sanitation and to "call him on Thursday and let him know how I was feeling!". yeah, okay buddy, because I am going to do your job for you and chase YOU around with phone calls? I ate with my Aunt, who had the same meal as I did, and YEP... we suffered the same fate. Never going back here again. It lasted for a mere 24 hours but it was the worst 24 hours of my freaking life. I couldnt move without throwing up. My aunt, who is a nurse, says that this screams e. coli poisoning

I really enjoy the burgers and selection with the ability to modify the menu according to my food allergies, they even have a menu for gluten free items and its very helpful. Ive not been sick which is great but theres a reason I cant give it 5 stars. This location is extremely busy but no matter what time I go I notice their lack of response to cleanliness. Fries are stuck to the ground and between seats, theres an odor, the condiments and tables are sticky...There are times where the salads have rotten lettuce so I send it back. Some employees are great and go above and beyond expectations! Thanks Fernando, you always do a great job and we love your personality.

Noisy, packed and busy. But hey the food is good. I went on a Saturday where it was nice and packed. So packed the waiter was really trying to get us out the door. He gave us a check pretty quick, but the funny thing is that we actually wanted dessert. We had a $25 giftcard that we gave to the waiter and he and the waiter came back and said that there was $0 on the card. So we showed him the reciept and activation and yep sure enough there was $25 still on it. Ive been to worse Red Robins. Their food and burgers are always great, you never leave hungry.

Incredibly rude and patronizing manager who laughed in my face when I told him my mom didnt feel well after eating there for her birthday. Definitely calling corporate when they are open Monday. Ive never had problems before because I never had to deal with manager. The company is great so I feel terrible that theyve hired such a rude person to manage the location. He didnt say sorry once or offer any consolation.

Do not go here with the kids!!! Two Sundays ago, me and my family, were trying to eat something and after getting in with the stroller, an impolite waitress yelled at us that the strollers are forbidden in that place. When we turned to go back out of the door, another waitress was pushing us because she was in hurry. Shame to the manager first of all, because he/she should take care of those employees.

Red Robin.... YUM!!! I can see why they use that slogan! The Guacamole Bacon and Red Robin burgers are great! The unlimited fries will just be too much after a while :( So looking for a rockin burger and some tasty fries.. this place is for you. Its a good place to get a big burger with a lot of flavor... The service has also been pretty groovy both times Ive been there....

Felt sick right after eating their food and had terrible stomach pain to the point where I couldnt even walk. When confronting the manager about the situation he was acting like we were lying and did not do anything about the situation or even offer an apology. I am disgusted at the managers behavior and dont think he is fit to run the establishment.

The service was fast and friendly. Two members of my group ordered from the gluten-free menu; we were very happy with the food and didnt get ill later, proof it was handled properly. The rest of my group loved their meals too. Our server was Alondra, she was very kind and happy and made our visit great.

Lets start with the food is great Ive tried like all the burgers . My favorites would have to be the one with pineapple on it and the one with the egg, sorry I dont know the names at the top of my head but great burgers fries are fresh and staff is friendly and attentive.

Located in Woodfield mall, it is a little hard to find this location. There are plenty of options to eat in this mall, but It is well worth the time to find this location. If you want some great food at reasonable prices, go here! #CityExperts @Localguides

The burgers are fresh but not very big. I watched the bartender make a long island ice tea with all very generic liquor. I checked the menu and it shows that the long island is made from all name brand liquors but it wasnt.

Staff was very considerate from hostess to waiter. Food is good for the price especially if you want anything bottomless. Ive been in other locations where the staff was less helpful this location makes up for that.

Software kiosk would not let me pay my bill. Took manager 30 minutes to correct and then made excuses for the problem. When it was fixed, kiosk overcharged for tip and would let me correct.

Red Robin is so good. You must get the royal burger. It has egg on it and its the best! Also get the royal card and get points. You can get free stuff. I never had anything bad at Red Robin

Everything look old and worn . dark and ugly. The prices are too high for these kind if atmosphere . At the end you will pay as high as if you were downtown Chicago . Only wasting money

Red Robin makes a great burger. My favorite is the Royal Burger which has a fried egg on top. Bottomless fries are also hot, fresh, and tasty. Service was efficient and friendly.
