Night shift is great , they food is always fresh and hot, the crew is amazing. I come here mostly every Night and the store is always clean, the white girl in drive thru is always nice and friendly, So is the light skin girl in front counter, the other tall dude in the front always have a bright smile, the short dude always cleaning the store, so is the other dude who is always sweeping and mopping. The dark skin manager always greet me and the other guest as we come in, the other light skin manager on night always make sure the guest and happy and Satisfy with their food. I love this store , its one of my favorite!

I dont expect to have 5 employees walk past me and totally ignore me, especially when I am the only customer in line. Nor do I expect to hear the F-bomb being dropped from an employee yelling it from the back about the food he is preparing. Or the manager, who finally stepped up to take my order, laughingly tell the people in the back to settle down. I also failed to mention, there was a family with children eating in the dining room. Needless to say, I walked out and WILL NOT BE back. Burger King has seriously gone down hill. They are getting just as bad as McDonalds.

Honestly this Burger has the most organized night shift in Mississippi. I walked in around 10 and all the food was preped. Before i could go get my drink, the food was hot and ready. The young man on front counter was very friendly and polite. He brought my food to me and asked me if I needed anything else. The manger kept everything in check. One employee would not stop sweeping and mopping. I could honestly say there was no trash on the floor. I plan to come here again and recommend this Burger King to my friends. This was a very good BK Experience!!!!!!!!

This is the cleanest restaurant and the restroom is also spotless .Ive been to Burger King from here to Portland Oregon or from La. To San Diego California and Ive never been in a cleaner one food was good and staff was kind and courteous. I told them how clean it was and asked for the manager and assistant managers names. Tina Richey ,Roy Woodbury ,James Richardson, Junekia Mc Coy and Jessica Martin. GOOD JOB and I believe this was a training restaurant. These people need to train all the rest of the restaurants.

Honestly the worst Ive ever been treated in a drive thru today.. The employees seemed irritated to even be there, and the girl taking orders at the window was walking out to her car and just sitting in it with her head seat still on. She just rolled her eyes and stared me down when she saw me pull up because that meant she had to go back inside to take my order. Absolutely horrible service..

The night manager tonight is stressed, the kids working in the kitchen have no respect for the woman working the counter and drive thru. They are the most in professional acting crew that I have experienced especially when there are customers waiting up front for their food.

Awful service sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes while employees were yelling at each other about not having food cooked. When I arrived home I was missing 2 items. Very disappointed because the food is not worth the wait.
