I have never waited so long on fast food in my life. 26 minutes from the time i ordered till i received my 12 Krystals. Watched the manager get very rude with another customer who did not receive his fries. Love Krystals just not the one to stop at till they fix there public relations problems.

I like their hamburgers but they give me heartburn everytime. I tried various times thinking it was a fluke, but after the third time of getting bad heartburn within less than an hour of eating there, I stopped eating their burgers. Their seasonal pumpkin spice shake is good though.

I will not go back to Krystal burger in tupelo. the lady at the window was very rude and ignored me when I tried to ask her something. She also cut me off while I was talking and was rushing me away from the window.

Its always so so. Food is great when theyre on it but sometimes its almost not done enough or something. They are military friendly and thats a huge thanks and much respect but the food just isnt consistent.

I used to work here when it opened! Fabulous little burgers and you dont feel like you over ate! There breakfast is wonderful as well! They open early!
