So we went to Fuddruckers. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Let me explain. Do not visit this restaurant. Let me start off my review by saying they used to be very good. But now it is worse than ever. Outside, the handicapped spots were 40 feet away from the door, and there were no ramps on any corner of the sidewalk. I checked. As soon as I entered through the door with my parents, I was met with a rude and unfriendly woman who was rude to my parents and was obviously very grumpy. Thats only one thing, though. Ill move on. After finding our own way to our table, we were met with a grimy and gross table covered in scum and crumbs. It was absolutely despicable. As we waited for our food, we notic ed that no-one was cleaning the tables or anything. There was only one employee walking around, who appeared to be doing everything. There was no more staff other than that girl. She dropped food on the ground with a stack of 7 or 8 plates she was carrying. Never mind dirt and scum, they need a rolling table to carry food. The scum on the table was so bad I put a napkin under my plate, and when I passed something to my mom I made sure it didnt touch the table. When my dad went to mention to the rude woman at the front the terrible disgusting furniture, she just looked at him with a rude expression on her face. In fact, nobody in the establishment was happy at all. The same dull expression on their faces. They looked to barely care about the horrible mess and scum, or about their customers at all. And speaking of the disgusting scum, a group of people at the other end of the restaurant cleaned their own table before they sat down. The food wasnt anything much to talk about and the shake machine was broken. If you plan on coming here, which I highly advise you dont, bring a box of wipes and cleaning spray. Youll need it.

Great place for burgers and more! Had their elk burger and it was great! I ran into the person who cooked it for me and he suggested I go with it medium instead of medium-well. My wife had the chicken sandwich and it was huge! Its so big you cant eat the whole thing unless you are very very hungry. My elk burger was huge too, probably 1/3 pound because it was bigger than a quarter pound. There was a good selection of condiments, including whole or shredded lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles, sliced red onion, and more! Their dining area is clean, spacious and in great shape. There are a lot of pictures of famous people along their walls in addition to other old-time memorabilia. The burgers and sandwiches are a little pricey but worth it. The elk burger was $9.99 and so was the chicken sandwich. They had plenty of great cookies and treats too in the bakery area.

The food is usually good, and we had good experiences here under the old manager, but today was bad. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and asked for a little cup of buffalo sauce on the side. The guy deleted my order and added the buffalo sandwich, which us $1.50 more. I just wanted a little sauce on the side, no other extra ingredients, not "hand-dipped" to cause any extra work, and not fried like the description. When I pointed this out, the guy argued for a moment before begrudgingly changing my order back and explaining why he "should have charged" me. When you spend $20 for 2 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, & 1 drink, staff shouldnt fight the customer over charging for sauce.

In our opinion, this place is better than Red Robin. I feel theres better value for my dollar. Burger was cooked to order and I like being able to garnish my burger personally. The steak fries with house seasoning are good and I like being able to add jalapeño cheese without an up charge. The kids eat well here to. Tonight there was staff opening the doors and the manager was taking orders. The table staff was very cordial and brought take home boxes without me asking. The manager also handed out free cookie coupons to the kids. The only knock against the place is it could use a deep cleaning and the restrooms needed cleaning. Well certainly return here.

Its busy, perpetually under construction or broken, and delicious. If youve never been to one, they make you meat on a bun, and you go to town on a self service mini-buffet of wondrous toppings. Great potato wedges. Even better covered in cheese sauce. Ive never seen such customer hostility and entitlement outside of an all you can eat buffet, and some day expect the employees that venture onto the floor wear armor or one of those orange hunting vests so that they arent trampled to death or eaten by ravenous hordes of patrons. Worth it.

Why these new burger joints are so popular is beyond me. 5 Guys, Smashburger or meatheads. Not one place offers a different meat choice beyond beef. Fuddruckers rocks Beef, Buffalo, Wild Boar, Elk, Turkey, Salmon. And an unbelievable salad bar that lets you pimp your burger out any way you wish. Whenever I am dragged out to one of those trendy places I find myself wishing I went to Fuddruckers. None of them even comes close to stacking up.

Has gone really far down hill. Used to be a treat now the burgers seem much smaller, the veggie bar looked like theyd sat out for a few days, and its still way over priced. I got bacon on my burger and had to send it back because the bacon was almost completely raw. Couldnt believe theyd serve that... Would gave rated 1 star but the place was clean.
