Went to the drive through - started to order our food with a friendly female voice and halfway through ordering a man finished our ordering. We get to the window a lady takes our payment, a man gives us our sodas, another lady a couple minutes later rudely asks "You need somethin?" We reply "Our food" she then walks away without saying anything and a few seconds later the man reads off an order to confirm what we had which was wrong and then we finally get our food and he tries to give us sodas which we already had .. We open the bag to check to make sure its all there and we were missing fries so we go inside to get them and the lady throws the fries in the bag spilling them every where. Extremely rude and unprofessional there were only 2 cars behind us and two people in line inside so they were not swamped. Poor service and I wont be back.

The service was not professional at all. The bun on my Whopper Jr. w/cheese was soggy, the tomato slice had a huge green center, the lettuce was wilted, and the whole thing was cold. The large onion rings I ordered had a total of seven onion rings...the rest was crumbs and pieces of onion rings that was probably from the bottom of the freezer bag. My boyfriend ordered a medium fries that wasnt even in the bag. Had I not used my motorcycle to go there and bring food home for my family, I surely would have gone back and asked for a manager. I dont think that would have helped any because the lady that took our order could hardly speak any English. I will NEVER go here again and I will tell everyone I know that this place sucks.

Terrible, management here is absolutely terrible. I remember I once went through here for a chicken sandwich, they had already turned the friers off, and had no chicken, instead of telling me they gave me two things of french fries hoping I wouldnt notice. I came right back. Management tried to claim I ordered two fries, despite having the receipt showing a chicken sandwich and one fry with it. The people here clearly dont want to be here, but I think theyd have an easier and better time if they actually got the orders correct and didnt outright lie.

I ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and they were not even cold. They tasted like they were sitting there for hours. We didnt eat them. I went to call and talk to a manager and the phone is no longer in service! By the time I took my first bite I was already on HWY 43 and could not turn back. Im very disappointed and discussed that they would serve us this food. WOULD YOU EAT IT? IF NOT DONT SERVE IT!

Im not going to this location anymore! The food is always old, cold and the service is very poor! Ive ordered chicken fries and recieved them at room temperature not even warm! and stale! but this time I ordered an apple pie and it was full of mold! If one of my kids would have eaten it they could have gotten seriously sick! This place needs to close down before somebody does get sick!

3 people working. No one inside but my family. They got some customers through drive through once in awhile. Where Im going with this is, they werent very busy at all and the inside of the store was filthy. All the tables and chairs were dirty. All the walls were dirty. It even looks like "buggers" were on the wall. Food was good as expected for a Burger King

On my trip there tonight I went through the drive-thru. I ordered my usual meal for the husband, little man, and myself. i had to repeat the order twice and then got no sauce for my meal after repeating it twice. They never put napkins in the to-go bags either. Luckly only the sauce was missing this time. Normally its either fries or my littles drink.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The managers treat customers with a complete lack of respect however there is a Hispanic lady who works here in the morning that is wonderful to deal with. Fantastic personality and goes out of her way to be kind and nice. I dont know if shes at manager or not but if not she should be.

Nothing but a bunch of rejects that is just there for the money. Food is always cold, staff is rude, and good luck trying to get a correct order because the past 3 times I came there, I have not. Avoid this place like the plague. This restaurant is being ran into the ground. The Subway nearby is more worth your while.

If you have late night hunger, dont go here! Ordered a cheeseburger meal and chicken nuggets. The nuggets and fries were beyond their respective shelf life for even a dog to eat, burger was cold, and they forgot my dipping sauce. The only enjoyable thing about this bad choice of fast food was the ice cold Dr. Pepper

The food lately been on point but before the good 3 last times i went the food was just not cooked right The fires were stale tasting do to the lack of oil changing . The burgers were sitting in the heat lamp you could taste it . but the 3 times i went the onion rings fresh the chicken and beef sandwiches fresh

Review of the service, not the food. Took 15 minutes when there where only 5 cars in line. Staff wasnt organized. Once food was done and delivered to me in the parking lot, the staff opened the bag and shoved food around to determine if it was indeed my order or if it was for the car that was two ahead of us.

Why are Burger Kings always janky? Urinal in the bathroom is about nipple high. Dont kids use the bathroom? Lots of graffiti for Elkhorn. Food is the same as any other Burger King and the employees are friendly and competent. I wonder why they put the cup lids on the cramped side of the soda machine.

This is the worst burger King I have ever been to. I would recommend it to no one. My food was cold and the prices didnt match advertised price.. Edit I came back to try it again because I really enjoy burger King again the food was cold but this time the manager gave me fresh rings

For some reason this BK always seems like theyre lacking. Seems to be ran by teenagers who dont know how to treat customers. Always out of Bacon, BBQ sauce, and other things. I love BK but i actually avoid going to this one...

Food was horrible. Didnt even get what I ordered. Had to take my food back 3 times to get the right food. Not a discount or few small Fry or anything. Bathrooms were not clean and no toilet paper or anything. Do not recomend.

For the most place its a typical burger king. However, they keep the place understaffed so unless the 2 people working are pretty good youre gonna have nearly a sit in restaurant wait, for burger king quality food.

By far the must un-professional people in the fast food industry, manager Andre is rude and has no business being employed here, will never set foot in a burger king again all do to a simple coupon he couldnt read

This Burger King location has been lacking in food quality and customer service for over a decade. Even a classic Whopper is hit or miss in Elkhorn. Hopefully the renovation includes a retrained staff as well.
