There is plenty of parking for this place, in both front or the back entrance. Once inside the place is big enough with plenty of seating. You can order online or use the kiosk to order yourself. But since I was driving I had to order inside. Once inside there was bit of a line and only 2 people at the registers, They both seem like new employees since they took time taking the orders. It didnt take long before I got in front and got to order my food to go. I got them in a good amount of time and unfortunately I asked for chips on one of the orders but I got bread for both meals. I was far once I noticed so I couldnt go back. I think they were just a bit overwhelmed with people but overall it was ok of an experience. Will come back if I am around.

This used to be a great panera that was fast and efficient, now it is nothing but long waits, missing items and lack of inventory. I dont think I have been there in the last 6 months and they havent run out of a certain item or bread. There was a time I ordered a avocado blt and they were out of avocados and tomatoes, what is the point of that sandwich then?? They are constantly out of ingredients. Why am i going to pay 7-9$ for a sandwich when they are out of key items?? And then wait 15 min to get it??Way too over priced for the way this panera operates... Just terrible.

I had a great experience this evening at Panera in Des Plaines. The weather was perfect for soup, we ordered Bread Bowls w/soup... After we paid for the order, I was told they were out of bread bowls. I was disappointed, but it was ok.. We changed our order to the Pick 2, chose a 1/2 sandwich and also ordered some Mac & cheese. The staff told me there would be no extra charge due to our inconvenience. I was very surprised, but thankful. Their kind gesture let me know they care about their customers!

I came here on a Tuesday night at 9:15 and the hours stated that they closed at 10:00 pm and the doors were locked and they didnt let me in and were already packing up the restaurant. Customers should still be allowed to walk in during the hours its opened. Never again!

The cashier was really friendly. That people who passed out the food were nice too. I was in there kind of late, getting closer to closing time but they were still really nice as of it were the start of the day. Also the food was good

Went during lunch rush hour. Not as busy as I thought it would be. Food is good prices could be better. Location is ok... parking could be bigger for the location site. Good place for a quick bit but not ideal if you have time
