If I could give a zero I would. I dont think this places knows what customer service is. I was there today with my 3 small childeren, placed the order that the children usually split popcorn chicken combo add mac n cheese. Perfect amount of food to share. The drive through attendant asked if there was anything else and I asked for 3 ranch and 3 barbeque. She said no. I cant GIVE you 3 of each. I said ok I will pay for them,she said NO maam we do not sell our sauce. Well you have lost a customer. I drove away and will not be back. This is absolutely ridiculous. What happened to making customers happy. The customer is always right? Not... so done!!!

The lady was flirting with me. I told her that I wasnt interested in talking to her in a flirting manner. Just take my order and feed me my food. After I received my food I noticed she left her work number and work address on the receipt. With a call me with review under it. I dont get why I so hot to the chicken lady. Always a great experience at KFC on 39th ave. in Kenosha!! Everyone inside & working in the drive-thru, are courteous, and my orders are always correct!! Lisa H. is always so helpful with all of our catering needs, offering suggestions and giving us different options for each event that we host. Thank you to you Lisa, and your great staff!! We will definitely be back.

Food was pretty good and fresh, service was good. My favorite part was reading the review that said she would give it 0 if she could because one employee didnt give her enough sauce, got a good laugh out of that one
