The staff at the counter messed up multiple orders, causing the bill to go up and quantity of food ordered to go down. Place was rather dirty for a restaurant. No receipts were available, because they didnt know how to change receipt paper. I complained to corporate due to the bad experience, and they sent a $5 gift cert. I was not expecting or hoping for anything back, but $5 doesnt even make up the difference in our order screw up. The building needs better management and more KFC corporate inspections.

The worst kfc Ive ever seen I ordered 16 pc meal should come with 2 mashed potato .2 coleslow and 2 gravy large size and 8 baked biscuits they give me 1 cs 2 mashed potato and 1 gravy and 4 biscuits went back and ttald them they give the rest of my order when I served the food it was 2 wings and the rest was legs and thighs half way cooked its a horrible experience and stubid manager doesnt even speak or understand good english .

Horrible service, I see why I was only one there at 5pm. Person took our order and didnt even bother to tell us that they dont sell grilled chicken anymore. Then after we went back, we had ordered a 8 piece mixed meal, they gave us 4 legs 3 thighs and 1 breast, some mix huh. Tons of chicken just sitting there but thats what we got. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THAT SORRY LOCATION AGAIN. YOU SHOULD CLOSE THAT BUILDING
