This place used to be amazing. The manager was awesome. Knew me by name. Now youll be lucky if you get the correct order. I thought I would call and complain but they dont seem to be getting the message so Im going to spare everyone the crappy experience by leaving my review. My recent experience started by ordering ahead. I was told 18 minutes. I get there 25 minutes later and have to wait another 15 minutes. Thats 40 minutes!!! Once I get there and I see them prepping the food I notice they are sticking the tenders in hot sauce. I specifically told them over the phone twice, its for a kid. Please make sure its plain. While Im there I told them, please make sure the tenders are plain. Guess what? Hot sauce on the tenders. Spare yourself the wait and frustration and just go to the Wingstop in Des Plaines.

Got my order wrong on 4 seperate ocations. Paid for food that i did not receive or wrong size or amount everytime. Ordered a large cheese fries and received normal fries with no cheese Order 10 piece combo received only 6 pieces Ordered 10 piece combo with large drink and large fries with extra seasoning and cheese but instead got 6 piece with normal drink normal fries and no seasoning or salt and no cheese.

Best Wingstop Location This place was very clean including the bathroom. Chicken was cooked well. Not too hard or dried out. Wings and fries were piping hot and served with enough sauce to coat your wings. This is the BEST Wingstop location of the four I have visited in the past year. The manager, in her down time cleaned and wiped down tables, doors and swept.

Probably the worst wingstop location to go to. My friend and I visited there and we reviewed our food but it was cold. How the hell are you going to serve us cold wings?! The wait didnt help either. The wingstop in Des Plaines is 10x better than this one. At least over there they listen to you and serve your food hot!

Recently went and got the same thing I get every time: mild wings. What the heck I was hungry and was craving something a little spicy. The moment I finished my stomach began to complain, and didnt stop even until late that night. It was worse after I spent two hours in the bathroom. Never again will I eat there.

Placed my order they forgot one of my orders but they charged me for it I live in chicago so I had to drive all the way back there and then to top it off some of my chicken tenders Were really hard wont go back to that one

Wings were too oily. When I stuck a fork in em, oil was oozing out. Preferred this because BWW is far from my home. Going back to BWW from now on. Also wings were too salty.

The chicken was ok! Not satisfied. They dont have napkins, they have the brown paper role which is used in the bathroom. Employees were friendly!
