I have been to this location twice now. The first time was when it first open, I did not have a very good experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a new operation....wrong. Went there last night, there was no food made, besides some dry fried rice with big clumps of white rice. They sliced up my teriyaki chicken and just left it out and walked away from it. I had to flag them down and ask them to put it in the to go container since theyre walking around with the rags they clean the counters with. THEN my honey walnut shrimp came up while I was just standing there waiting for it, and like 3 staff members walked past multiple times... on top of having to wait that long...there was no walnuts in it. That was my last time.

The food is great, but it usually takes a while to get your food. One really bad case I had here was about a 15 minute wait with only 1 person in front of me at 1:15pm. They seem to prioritize drive through, but when I go through the drive through it is still a long wait typically. On the plus side, the food is typically great, and the service typically friendly. Update from Feb 19, 2017 at 2PM. Waited for 25 minutes after ordering in drive through to actually get the food I ordered.... have plenty of time available if you want food, as you may end up waiting a while. Dropped from 3 to 2 stars. At least the food was fresh...

I never thought I would give a bad review to Panda Express, but this one needed it. When we went there around lunch time the food was dry and old like it had been siting a long while. I got the orange chicken which was delicious, but the fired rice was dry and hard. Then there was the string bean chicken which was actual string beans like they should be they were the ones straight from the can. I love Pandas and this wont stop me from going but it will stop me from going to this one.

Service is horrible..... they told me I was holding up the line when I was checking my food. The only reason I checked it to began with is because they just handed it to me. No thank you. No have a nice day. Just handed it to me and shut the window. I wanted to make sure it was all there. Wasnt the first bad encounter so now I decided to write a review.

All the crew is fantastic. Tyler, great on the wok, EXCELLENT customer service skills. True, the manager, she knows you by name and remembers my order. I cant remember all their names but income here 3 to 4 times a week for the Shanghai Angus steak and honey walnut shrimp. Cant find better food or service in Hudson!! Awesome employees, awesome place!!

This Panda Express has terrible customer service. Going through the drive through, the employees will ignore you except to take your money or hand out your food. If you have a problem with the order or just would like some extra napkins, be prepared to lay on your horn in order for them to acknowledge you.

Online ordering stinks. Store never received our order. Luckily we had printed out receipts to get our food. Two weeks later we get email confirmation of our order. November 3 get receipt to pick up order on October 21. That just stinks. Solve your problem with online ordering!!

Food is good, hot and attractive. So is the staff. However, the last time I was in they had run out of rice -- white and fried. Good grief it was 5:15 pm. Today, I ordered the honey walnut shrimp. I remarked that it had no walnuts. They were out! This is getting old.

Orange chicken box is 3 inches tall 2 inches wide no rice or anything Ive normally received with the orange chicken. My can of coke is twice the size. They also forgot the sauce with my 4 veggie rolls. Second time Ive tried them. Never again.

Worst experience ever food was cold no heat on in the restaurant manger yelling at crew in front of costomers cause they were talking to each other. I mean come on its the middle of winter if your heat is broken put up a sign or something

Much like every other panda this is a clean place with fresh food. The drive up is a very cool function and they have parking in the event you have a wait. Waits are usually very short...under five mins.

Not only was the service great, the way the make their chicken is excellent. There was a wait on chicken last time because they didnt have enough, so they gave us all free large drinks. Great restraunt.

I have always loved panda, but this one is horrible. I worked for panda in west st. Paul, which is a very ghetto, trashy neighborhood, and that panda has higher standards then the one in hudson by far.
