The sign on the door said they open at 5:30 a.m. However, they were not open when I got there at 5:36. I waited around 15 minutes and they still did not open. The worker inside kept looking out at me and never came to talk to me to tell me the time they would open. It was a bad experience there this morning.

Very poor service!! My hot chai latte was lukewarm, the shot of vanilla was not mixed in and I had to wait until the guy stopped talking to his buddy who was hanging around. Will not go back.
