My husband and I just had lunch at the Skylark Cafe, in Leslie AR. What a delightful time, the cafe is quaint, the food was wonderful, I felt more like I had lunch at an old friends. I had the special which was a type of mexican chicken corn chowder, with homemade mexican cornbread and a fresh garden salad. My husband had a chicken sandwich with green chile sauce and cheese on wonderful bread with spinach cheese dip and chips. It was more than we could both eat! We just recently moved here and were delighted to find such an amazing place to eat. I am sure this will be a regular Saturday date for us.

Excellent cafe for lunch. The menu changes, but they usually have a good soup of the day and a sandwich special. Their desserts are homemade and worth a try. If you go in the winter, be prepared for a little chilly temperature inside depending on where you sit. It is worth a stop if you are traveling on US65. NOTE: they are located on the corner of Walnut and High streets. Google has their address wrong. Ask any local if you need directions.

This place is hands down the best restaurant in this area! Everything I have ever eaten there is full of flavor and very fresh. Some of their produce comes from their own garden. Their homemade, from scratch, desserts are delicious!!!

Everything on the menu is phenomenal. All of their pork and brisket is smoked on sight, strawberry pie is a must try! Friday and Saturday night specials include things like homemade pasta and seared lamb with local garden vegetables.

This place is so wonderful and the food is always delicious. When we go on trips we always make sure we stop here, even if its not one the way to where we are going. One of the best places in Arkansas to get a wonderful meal.

Skylark is absolutely the best place to eat in Searcy County..hands down! If your looking for great food and friendly staff this is the place to go! I promise you will not be dissapointed and you WILL want to eat there again!

They were super busy when My family and I visited but the service was excellent. Food was Fantastic as always. I had the Brisket sandwich and spinach cheese dip with chips and of course I got desert Boston cream cupcake!!
