Awful awful awful!! First of all I aked for a margarita and my wife wanted a beer special ... we could o ly see that wed n thurs had specials so we asked him which ones he rattled off the beers she choose one and then when ordering. .. minutes later we get 2- 22 ounce beers placed In front of us!!! I sighed but didnt wanna be a pest, then the waiter came back and said do you want 2 margaritas too!! I just looked at him and wondered why this man is even on the floor because he clearly cannot understand the language that well but he is very pleasant so you dont wanna be made at him. Then when ordering I asked specifically if the chimichanga came with shredded beef or ground beef? He said yes yes yes.... shredded !! Well when I get it I notice nope it its ground beef ....then while sitting waiting because it was really busy a man came around and gave my wife a new beer, as we held out and waited and obviously being a bit annoyed at that point, I just got the bill and thoughthe lets go... well I look on bill and we were charged 16.00 for 3 beers when we thought they were 2.99 a piece ... we said to a gentleman what we noticedo and there was a mistake. .. he said OK hang on... then an older man says that is for domestic only, we replied the waiter named the beer when we asked what came with the special ... he reluctantly said fine I will take 1 off... at this point Im mad because I didnt want a beer to begin with and would have paid that much for my margaritas I originally ordered... then going up to pay bill I had a coupon I found on Internet earlier that day that expired 06/01/2017 ... the young man looks at me with a smirk and says that expired may first!! I looked again because I was sure I checked all fine print ... and I said its 5/18/2017 and this says 06/01/2017????? Its may yet!!! Oh he says my months are mixed up!! Im sorry I travel and we eat out a lot but this restaurant lacks in service and in attempting to just make customers feel good about their stay rather then made to feel like an idiot foe not double and triple checking their mistakes and they have no care in the world because they are busy and if someone complains ... who cares right?? Well if you wanna get jerked around then please enjoy this place ... because its number one on the menu!!!!

i usually have great things to say about this cancun, but today (9/23 at 8:30pm) our service was AWFUL. my boyfriend and i arrived and got seated fairly fast in a nearly empty restaurant (probably five other small tables). our waiter immediately asked us our drink & food orders. my boyfriend was undecided, so got water and i got a pop, which came timely. the waiter didnt return for TWENTY-FIVE minutes. 25 minutes of empty sodas, empty white and regular salsa, empty chips, and our orders still not taken. i had to physically get up and ask a table FULL of servers who were rolling silverware to help us. he had a snarky attitude and kept giving the table of other waiters annoyed looks while we ordered. my boyfriend ordered a small margarita, but received a large which we took as a "sorry" sort of deal. they brought us our food and my order was wrong because our waiter didnt bother to write anything down. when we got our bill they charged my boyfriend for a large margarita ($7.50!!!!!) AND i got charged for THEM getting my order wrong. i have absolutely nothing good to say about cancun with their absolutely AWFUL service and, to top it all off, charge us EXTRA money.

This restaurant charged a seprate charge of $100.00 aside from the charge of $15.83 I owed for two margarittas. This was no accident the cashier swiped my card, pretended the charge did not communicate due to a lack of paper in the reciept holder, reswiped my card and then charged the $15.83. Had the cashier charged my card for $15.83 twice an honest mistake could have been made; however, not only was my card charged twice, it was charged for $100.00 even. Buyer beware at this establishment.

We went today and This place has the crappiest food! It would be better to go to Megas and get a frozen mexican Entree. Its pretty much all frozen and canned food with some old lettuce on the side.And Margaritas are the worst. My husband wouldnt drink his and we both thought it had a weird aftertaste of olives? IDK why? GO to AZUL Tequilas!! Best of everything! Wont go anywhere else again!!!

Generally I do not leave reviews for restaurant prices however I am very upset with the treatment I was provided by Cancun Mexico Claire they treated me like absolute dumpster garbage and give me the wrong meal resulting in the loss tip from her otherwise very generous tipster Im very upset and I dont know what they can do to fix this but I dont think Im ever coming back.

Ive had both good and not-so-good experiences, so overall giving it 3 stars. I wish some of the dishes just came with...more? Like nachos supreme feels like just chips + cheese + chicken vs some other restaurants adding veggies and beef to the same item (and charging less). Some items Ive had are tasty.

Always good service. Have received complimentary tequila shots on a few occasions, which always results in an extra star... Food is consistently good and reasonable prices. We always leave satisfied in our bellies and our wallets. Though its in a strip mall, there inside decor is nice enough.

LOVE LOVE LOVE and I hate Mexican food haha Cheese steak wrap is amazing <3 Cancun is life clairemont location is best, servers are incredibly nice and almost always very fast expect when really busy. Go from 11-3 on weekdays for 5 bucks!

I would give it 5 stars until tonight when they closed early without any signage. We drove almost 30 minutes for dinner to find they were closed. Other patrons leaving stated the wait staff were upset when they went in to eat.

This restaurant was very good. Nto your traditional mexican giant portions tho. THis was definitely americanized with smaller portions and heftier prices. Still I would recommend it. Great fast service, and nice ambiance.

One of my favorite restaurants in Eau Claire! We always great great service and the food is delicious with good sized portions. They have the best salsa and chips that before your meal. Great place for lunch or dinner!

I eat here all the time. Never have had a problem. Everything I order is great. Lunch, dinner, doesnt matter. Staff treat me like an old friend, makes me want to stay just to hang out!

great food. Love the $5 lunch. Less expensive for a family of 4 to eat there than at McDonalds, and amazing food. Plus, their desert menu is fabulous.
