For starters, I will never order a pizza from here again. Ive been a Pizza Hut fan always but the pizza I got last night wasnt even edible and thats coming from 3 guys drinking beer during the Packer game who arent very picky. First off, the crust was super thin. No big deal less carbs I suppose; however, when I picked a piece up, it completely flopped down and most of the ingredients fell onto my plate. My bad, gotta fold the pizza in half right?! Upon further inspection the "crust," aka raw dough, wasnt even close to being cooked all the way. If a 1st grader was given the ingredients and told to make a pizza Im confident something better would have come out of the oven. But continuing on, yes it continued to fail. The pizza was a stuffed crust, one of their best things even when the pizza itself falls short at least theres that delicious crust! Again, I was slapped in the face with disappointment. The crust looked good but after biting in, it too was doughy and not cooked right. Whatever, we were drinking beers and the Packers were about to win so we will eat some more anyway. After chewing the cheese I was overwhelmed by chunks of salt. I dont know if this is something new they have done but it was absolutely disgusting to chew through these large chunks of salt in the cheese. Never again will I order that garbage they call pizza. Greg or Craig the manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He hung up on me 3 times and all I was doing was trying to explain the situation and he hung up and I called multiple times after and as soon as I said hello he would hang up. I will be contacting corporate. I will be pursuing further actions! Pizza Hut needs to look into their employees further before they hire them and have them deal with the public!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Have ordered multiple times and each time they screw up the order,food was good except the expired Blu cheese they sent over. after it didnt arrive with the meal that was ordered, Called to get a refund an got some cocky a**hole on the phone. save yourself the hassle dont order from here.

I was hoping that after the move the customer service would be a little better. I got there a couple minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and then waited for over 15 minutes while 3 employees walked by without even looking at me. 2 stars only because the food itself was good.

Every time I order from them its wrong then to have the rudest manager (he works nights) usually on Wednesday make the wrong wings, give us someone elses order this is the worse location I have ordered from in a very long time and do not recommend at all!!

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes when I call to place an order for delivery, they tell me that they dont deliver to my area. I know they deliver to my home, because that have delivered to us several times over the years.

I placed my order for the next day instead of today and they were able to solve everything, got a discount, and the food is still as amazing as always. Thanks Pizza Hut for the great customer service tonight

called over the phone Brandon answered the phone and he was just so nice and when I said I felt like bbq pizza he gave me a list of delicious sounding pizzas gotta tell ya would order if he answered again

This place sucks they give you the wrong thing not what you paid for and when you talk to manager they tell you that you are wrong I wont ever go to this Pizza Hut ever again.
