We TRIED to go to Pizza Hut today around 12:30 pm. We went in and seated ourselves. They were busy today. There was ONE waitress working and only 6 tables were free so needless to say they were packed. We only sporadically saw the waitress that was supposed to be working. My husband went up to the counter to see how long it would be to place an order and come back and pick it up. The guy at the counter said 15-20 minutes. We placed an order for pickup and said that wed be back to pick it up. By this time we had waited 20 minutes and the waitress hadnt even come by to give us menus OR get our drink orders. We left and ran a couple of errands and gave them approximately a 1/2 an hour to get our order ready. We get back and my husband goes in to pick our pizzas up and the guy at the counter said "We didnt know if you guys were coming back or not." WHAT?!?! My husband PLACED an order, said that wed be back and you STILL didnt make them because you werent sure if wed be back or not? With that kind of service Im surprised you guys are still in business. We wont be back to that Pizza Hut again. Completely dissatisfied!

(this review is a few months late) WHY isnt there an option for no stars!?? This was really a joke. I ordered right before getting off work to take home to family, thinking that it would be quick.. Run in, pick it up, and go! LOL NO! Ended up waiting for my food for at least a half hour. Finally when i spoke up MY PIZZA WAS SITTING ON THE BACK TABLE..NOT EVEN IN THE WARMER. Barf!

A someone who worked for PH for 3.5 years in college, I would be embarrassed to work in this store. Horrible service. Been here twice and both times had to wait over an hour for the food and saw people walking out in frustration. Do NOT go here and waste your money.

the place was dirty! stuff on the tables DIRTY, floors DIRTY, the waitress opened the door under the steam table, oh my very DIRTY. everything looked DIRTY in the dinning room. why not clean things up? Im surprised that it passes inspections! sad sad sad!

I put in an order for delivery to my hotel about 5 miles from this Pizza Hut location. 90 minutes have went by and I have no pizza. Pathetic. I would suggest a dinner or lunch anywhere else in Pontiac if you actually want some semblance of service.

One. Had to wait for my pizza for two hours cause the girl supposedly came to the house and no one was here NO ONE knocked at all and no one came here

Had Sunday lunch there on a road trip. Service was fast and friendly. Food was typical Pizza Hut. Restrooms need some attention.
