I ordered a pizza got it home and it was missing toppings that I payed extra for - called them and instead of offering to fix the pizza, the manager told me she made it herself and that everything was on it. Basically saying I was lying. My husband actually had to bring the pizza back to the store to prove to them that the pizza was made wrong. Completely unprofessional and goes to show what kind of business you run when you have a bunch of arrogant kids behind the counter.

*NOTE: there isnt much room in the store for dining in. This location is pretty much exclusively take-out. Ive come a couple times for the new $5 menu. I had them deliver the order this last time and they showed up right on time. HEADS UP, theres a $3 fee for delivery. On the times I picked up the pizza, the employees at the store were cheery and kind. All in all a perfectly good Pizza Hut!

Ive always enjoyed the pizza. You can dine in but its very small only room for a few people. Whenever I order delivery its always on time or early. Loved the honey Sriracha crust. The hut lovers is good to. Not a fan of the desserts with marshmallows on them. They come uncut and when you attenpt to cut them you realise why, it makes a huge sticky mess.

this place sucks and the people who run is should feel bad. I can say after going to hundreds of pizza places around chicago, some of the best spots are in plano (suzys, uncle lars), you are a fool if you order from here
