This is fast food joint but the service I received was amazing! From the welcome at the beginning to the thank you at the end, the staff at this location was top notch! I encountered several employees is the short time at the drive thru but everyone was polite and most importantly my order was correct, the food was fresh and delicious! Im not a big Burger King fan but I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Great job Hedgesville!

I would of rated 0 stars if it was possible, we ordered 2 burgers and got 2 burnt burgers, and cold cheese. I dont know whats so hard to make a damn burger. Went and showed them my burnt burger and they just replaced the bottom bun. Last Time i eat Burger King. What a joke. More time to talk to each other more than cook and do the job they get paid to do

EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Daytime staff talks to other staff members in front of customers in a way that should NEVER be allowed! Not a professional working environment! Only gave 1 star because it wouldnt let me give them ZERO stars***

The lady handing us our food was a disrespectful druggy. When I called her out for being a jerk, the beta male manager sided with her and they ganged up on us. I hope God wipes this place off the earth. Disgusting human beings.
