Terrible! Well my wife and I were going to enjoy a nice evening at a restaurant with an old friend. We decided giving Fiesta Tapatia a try being they are fairly new to the area. My wife was served and friend was also served. After about 25 minutes my food was continued to be forgotten by the OWNER, who was serving us. Discussing how terrible the service was, we also realized that they didnt even provide tortillas for my friends fajitas. He was served frying skillet and nothing to eat it with. We were there a matter of an hour and the food was never served to me at all, and the entire staff stood behind the counter and watched a soccer game. Thats where their attention was completely. THEN, when paying for our meals, I addressed the situation to the waiter of not getting food for him To rudely tell me "you pay at the counter". Then I drop the receipt at the counter and tell them I refuse to pay for service I didnt recieve. They looked at me like I was trying to (get a free meal) and rudely left to ask if I was served. When he came back, he seemed very angry and as if I were a problem. I generously grabbed the receipt and wrote in a 0 dollar tip. They didnt offer me the food, a discount, or an Apology! Worst service Ive ever received and will never return. I even informed people of the terrible service as we left out the door. I didnt want them to experience the same quality we did.

Let me say, I am that guy that goes out of my way to commend great service and food not just a bitcher. This place needs a write up... I absolutely despise anyone referring to me as BOSS the server kept calling me boss. Seriously, what ever happened to respect? He called everyone else friend....why was I Boss? As others have mentioned here I saw the server for my order and to drop my food. I could have walked out without paying as it took 15 minutes to get the bill. Now the food...adequate at best. Flavorless rice and beans. Barely any substance or cheese in the relleno or enchilada. The salsa was fantastic...hence more than one star. Will I return...NO

The portions were good, the food was tasty, we had no leftovers. This place beats Chilis hands down. The service was great although we came here at 3 in the afternoon and were the only people in the restaurant. Chips came free with our dinner and they brought us a refill when it ran dry on unlike that place near the mall that charges for the chips and they werent worth eating. We will definitely be back, even my wife who doesnt like Mexican as much as some other types of food thought this was a fantastic place.

Absolutely the best Mexican food around. Monday and Tuesdays they have $2.50 small margaritas. The staff is very friendly and the service is above average. The food is always delicious, hot and the cheese dip is incredible. The inside is very festive and provides a family friendly fun environment. If youre looking for great food, adult drinks that actually have a decent amount of alcohol in them and an overall good time this is the place you want to be. After all, you cant beat complimentary chips and salsa!

We were really looking forward to Jamies new restaurant opening. But our first experience was a bit disappointing, not bad but not great. The staff seemed somewhat attentive but there were some errors. The flavors of the foods overall seemed somewhat lackluster. The decor is visually exciting but the place also has a somewhat cramped feeling. We will be back so maybe we can have a better report next time.

I gave this place one star because they did have good margaritas, but everything else about this place was terrible. The chips we were brought were stale and cold, the food was bad, the service was unbearably slow and i just dont understand how this place got so many good reviews. We stopped because it was right off of 81 but i wish we had picked somewhere else, anywhere else.

Atmosphere was very bright and fun! We were one of three tables in the whole restaurant, and Service was mediocre. Food was tasty. I dont like that they advertise them selves as a bar and grill though. They are not a bar and only have limited choices. Overall though the experience was good, probably wont go back but it was something new to try and the food was yummy.

This is basically Taco Bell. No, scratch that. I like Taco Bell better. Margaritas are disgusting. Theyre the sickening sweet "slushy" kind that churn for hours. Pretty sure margaritas are supposed to have... Tequila. And real flavor. Food was no better than cafeteria food. Boring, blasé, and tasteless. Ill stick to Cinco de Mayo from now on. You live, you learn.

Service was awful. We only saw our waiter when he took our drink orders and brought our food. We had to ask other servers for refills on drinks and chips. We ordered cheese dip and after waiting 20 minutes, we had to ask another server to bring it because it had yet to be received. The salsa was watery and the food was not good. Such a huge disappointment!

Awesome every time we go there! Great food as usual. Servers are super friendly and keep drinks full. The owner comes to our table for a friendly hello and makes sure we are happy. The prices are very reasonable and meals are huge, we take half home with us because theres so much! Thank you Tapatia!!! If there were a 10 star rating Id give you 10 stars!

We come here pretty frequently and pretty consistently have an awesome experience. I usually get the Jumping Jumbo Burrito (Chile Verde). She usually gets the Chile Rellano plate. Salsa and chips are good and fresh. Staff is always great and treats us like welcom friends. It helps if you work at being a good customer.

When you first walk in the decor one of a kind. Ordered medium frozen margarita and it looked large. I really enjoyed the beef enchilada that came with the fiesta platter. Overall I think the food could have better seasoned better for my taste. I really enjoyed the margarita and even had me tipsy. Ill definitely return!

My family and I had a wonderful experience. Food was beautifully presented..tasted amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This was our diner experience. We returned for lunch weeks later and the service was a bit slow but the food was still wonderful. We recommend for dinner or lunch.

Great Mexican restaurant in the panhandle section of West Virginia. Great decor and awesome service. Prices are very economical for any budget. Our server Alexis was very well versed in the variety of foods on the menu and gave us a descriptive detail of what the meal would consist. Gracias

The best Mexican food Ive ever had. The salsa was amazing, it wasnt heavily loaded with cilantro like most Mexican restaurants do. The restaurant was clean looking. Waiter could have been nicer, but the food was so great. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely without a doubt love this place. The food is ALWAYS awesome and the staff are just the best. FIESTA Tapatia is the BEST Mexican food in Martinsburg. A must if you are driving through and a staple if you live here.

Food was authentic, fresh and plentiful. Our server Elexis was helpful, patient-cause I work in the Biz and am a pain in the ass-and needs a raise! Go. No complaints except for the lack of a napping area.
