We recently visited the Batavia NY Pizza Hut, I have to say what a difference from our previous visit. The new waitress greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile and showed us to a booth. As soon as we were seated she immediately ask us our drink preferences and smiled at all times. Although it was lunch time rush she handled herself with style and kept all tables cleared and cleaned even customer request as she passed by didnt take her mind off her task of doing an excellent job! I as well as my wife were amazed at how much better this experience was over our previous visit. Well done and we will be coming back!!

Absolutely horrendous service including but is not limited to... sassy responses, servers who dont know their own menus, the servers make it very clear to the customers they hate their jobs and dont care about us. Pizza is gross in all ways, Pizza Hut if you are reading this maybe if you had better standards for your staff more people would go to your pizzeria. The only reason I gave a star was because they picked up the phone faster that other pizzerias (Marks Pizzaria). But I hope you fix this problem but until you do Im going to peaceful protest until you get chocolate dunkers back! Long live the dunkers!!!!!!!!

If you liked being attacked by flies and fruit files while you dine your in luck. The floors are filthy, god only knows what it looks like in the kitchen. Value for meal was fine after complaining about the fruit fly landing on my plate as I watched it slowly die in the grease. I actually had to ask for a fresh plate after pointing the fruit fly out to the waitress.although convenient and cheap, never again!

Floors were absolutely filthy. The windows were smudged and had tons of fingerprints all over them. The place looked like a train wreck. The sneeze guards on the buffet were gross and clearly havent been cleaned in a while. The cashier was handling money then handling food without washing his hands. No hair nets or gloves were used in the kitchen. I will not eat there again.

Waited forever for our food. They forgot pepperoni and the fix was throwing some on top and putting it in the oven for a few mins. By the time we got it back the cheese in our stuffed crusted was non existent. What a waste of money. The one good thing i can say is i our waitress was amazing, you can tell she enjoys her job.

The service was not all that great. We were told that after we got done eating are dinner that the waitress would box it for us instead they threw boxes at us and we had to do it. We had to wait to eat because they didnt have any clean forks and the food wasnt all that good

Food is good but prices are higher than real pizza shops. The building isnt in good shape and needs some major renovations. The only reason I come here is take out stuffed crust pizza.
