I placed an on line order for a veggie lovers and cheese lovers with marinara sauce. I got a cheese lovers with cream sauce. I complained and got a free pizza. Later I ordered a veggie, cheese and 18 wings. I used my name to order. My daughter had a friend come over to join us for dinner. All of us less than an hour after had stomach cramps and loose stools. Just like we took a strong laxative. Not everyone had the same thing. Some had cheese and wings, some just cheese. Some just wings. Some veggie and wings, and one just veggie. I had a few leftover pieces of both kinds of pizza. I had two different people try them. And they had the same issue. I notified the mother company and got a call from the store manager who said they checked everything and it was all good. Im sure the exlax was good. I will never ever eat here again. They deserve minus 5 stars.

Ordered the large 2-topping pizza with garlic butter crust for 7.99 and picked it up at exact time it "was just coming out of the oven"...there is NO WAY!!! The bottom of the box wasnt even close to being hot for having a "hot fresh out of the oven" pizza in it. I literally live right across the street and drove the 2 seconds it takes to get there...definitely not enough time for it to only be warm and the pepperoni to be hard and crispy and just sitting on top!!! Idk what happened to pizza hut...but I wont be going back!!! There is no excuse. It literally looks like someone forgot to put them on at first and just threw them on top. Like others I use to recommend customers to yall...I will not anymore

My boyfriend and I dined in tonight. We had a young man named Francis (i think) who was wonderful! He took his job with pride and I enjoyed every minute we were there. We were running short on time and he was so helpful to help us enjoy our dinner! I felt that this location was falling very short with some terrible delivery services the past couple years but this young man makes me wipe my bad experiences away and brag about him and recommend this place to everyone! If the owner knew any better they would hire him to run the place and pay him accordingly to making that place a pleasurable experience again!

Today is July 13th apx.5:30 pm..within the past 30 minutes my son called to place an order..the staff member was very rude..the young lady told my son after he trued to place his order, " Well, thats not what you said..you should know what you are ordering before you call so we wont have this problem." (Referring to not being able to understand what was being ordered.) So very extremely rude. I wish I had the name of the employee so I could have called the manager.. Well, you just lost a customer! If you cannot be polite then you should find another occupation.

Dirty tables and menus. Service was awful. Our food came out a little bit at a time because the waitress forgot to enter half of it. My wings came out cold. The kids personal pan pizzas never came out. It took an hour and 45 mins from start to finish. Hellen Keller could run that place better. Pizza Hut you give Warrenton a bad name and for that I hate you. Never again!

Love this Pizza Hut dine in or carry out its the best. The customer service is very satisfying and The pizza is always prepared and cooked just right. Today I tryed the mild bone in wings and they were soooooi good and I was surprised on the size of them, they were a lot bigger then Dominos and 100% better in taste. Im a customer as long as this store is open...

Sad we didnt order Popa Johns! We were missing a good Pizza Hut pizza, but every time we order from the Warrenton Pizza Hut, we are disappointed. My deep dish was soggy and gross. My husband and sons pizza was undercooked, doughy according to them. Learned our lesson Popa Johns. Consistently good.

Horrible service, we even had to seat ourselves. Waiter had an attitude like he didnt care, we had to get up and refill our drinks because he never came to check. Pizza was not the best, the only thing I liked was that it was stuffed crust.

Terrible experience. Our food took forever. The childrens food never got made. Our service was severely lacking. I will never waste my time there again. I dont even think they deserved the one start I had to give.
