I have went to this KFC a total of 5 times in the last 2 years. Every time I have went through the drive thru they tell you they dont have what you want. I am ordering off the menu? Tonight I tried to give it another shot and I ordered a 12 piece original chicken with sides, they came back with they did not have enough chicken. The car in front of me ordered a 12 piece chicken strips and they told them they only had 10 strips. I mean seriously?? You are a restaurant that sells chicken. I have never seen such horrible service and a dysfunctional restaurant. We are the customer. They act like you should be accomodating to what they already have pre-made. They dont even ask if you are willing to wait for them to cook more chicken. I dont know how they stay in business. The only reason I keep giving the restaurant so many chances is because my son loves chicken. I really wish another chicken restaurant would consider coming to Charles Town.

I have been there 5 times in the last 2 years and only once i succeeded in getting what i want to order. The store hours say they are open till 11 but every time i go there and its usually around 9 pm they say they dont have it or they are getting ready to close. Always they say that. The one time i ordered a 12 piece meal and they only had 6 pieces of original chicken and threw n extra biscuits to make up for it and only had mashed potatoes no other side then the girl proceeded to thank me for buying the rest of the food so now they can go home awful place to get what you want

Absolutely one of the worst restaurants in Charles Town WV. The staff is very young and they consistently get your orders wrong. When you point out that they made a mistake with your order, the attitude that you get is incredible. The manager did not seem to have any control over her staff or any real skill to properly manage the operation. The back was chaotic and the lines were long because of an in experienced cashier working register during a time that probably was not ideal. Will not return

Like most of the other reviewers I have also been to this KFC less than 6 times only because theres no other chicken place in town. Every single person that works here including the store manager has a disgusting attitude. If any other chicken line wpuld open up in Charles town they would steal literally every single customer from this nasty little dump that NEVER has food. Its almost as if there are evil trolls that came from under the bridge to work at this KFC! Dont go there!!!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Its amazing that a KFC, which is known for FRIED CHICKEN, cant fry chicken, ever. Over the last few years Ive been there maybe a dozen times and every single time, without fail, their fried chicken was dripping with fat, burned and bitter... e.g., its been in the frier far too long, the oil isnt hot enough and its not fresh oil. If you want decent fried chicken, go to the Martins near by... shockingly enough they do a superior job.

Chicken had bad taste didnt give extra biscuits we bought i called them next morning said they would replace it said to tell the manager it was in office i did said they threw book awaylike i was trying to get free meal then got it biscuits was hard as rocks crumbled while i tried to eat ir worst kfc i have ever been to i think they should do a public favor and shut the doors on it the one in charlestown ill never go back

I am very disappointed with my last experience at this KFC. The food was terrible. The corn was obviously from the day before, chicken skin was hard as a rock. This particular facility has been in decline for a while and I do believe has now reached rock bottom. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Ive worked in customer service and retail for 10 years. Does this company even teach employees to say hi to customers? Some of the worst treatment Ive had. Will not go back again. Drove through the drive thru was ignored completely.

I didnt have any problem with the food on my visit, and the inside was clean and quiet. I did not eat fried chicken, which seems to be the majority of other reviews issues, and instead had sandwiches and potatoes, which came fine.

Health code & nasty food. No soap, hot water no heated air to dry hands. Chicken breast with crazier than a deep-fried double cheeseburger. Chicken tenders were like breaded crispy beef jerky very old.

Lousy demeanor over the drive-through order system. Paid by credit card and they failed to give the credit card back to me. Wasted time driving to retrieve credit card. Will never go again.

About 75% of the time the order is correct the first time. Most lunch and early dinner employees are very nice. Drive thru is much faster service then inside
